So, are we to understand from this that Jagex have basically outsourced some of the Community Management functions?

How do you new folks fit into the corporate structure?

Does this imply that the volunteer forum moderation team is to be wound down in future?

More esoterically, what plans do you have for revitalising the game forums and encouraging Jagex's own staff to actually use them (as opposed to posting useful/important info only on other social media channels)?

Yo, Runescape family!

A short introduction of myself: Started playing Runescape at the library in 9th grade. I'm 32 years old. So, it's been 18 years now. Been off and on but hoping to get back into classic. I play many other games a lot of MMO's and it's all because I fell in love with RuneScape at such a young age.


Really glad to be here with you guys this community is a very genuine one I love what it has grown into.
