Welcome. I'd love to see some answers to the questions by Jeremy, Dong, Wynd, and Archaeox.

What is the name of the company you work for that has partnered with Jagex? It is a UK-based (and UK-only) company? What is your purview, and to what extent do you have the ability to make executive-like decisions? – for example, can you create strategies for Jagex's social media as a way of growing the forum base, and then implement them?

We love the idea of people helping bring life to the forums, but I feel a bit confused as to whether you are more players (as FMods and CHers are) or more staff.

I would also love to hear the answers to questions by 'post', also welcome to our humble abode. :D

There are a lot of questions clearly being avoided

One thing the community needs to understand is the difference between avoiding a question and trying to take the time to gather accurate information. I see many posts already on this topic about question avoiding etc, but let's give them time to form valid answers to the questions. I've found in general us as a community love to get fast answers to our questions, but then want to crucify the person when the answer might be a tad bit off.

I can understand the concern with the community though, we have seen somewhat of a void between the RSOF community and the Jagex team due to years of different issues. But us crucifying Jagex, F Mods, our new purple friends isn't going to help the situation.

Sorry, but that's not good enough, even if it was true. If they were "taking the time to gather accurate information", how about communicating that fact instead of being completely silent? Maybe it's not necessary to do so immediately, but if it takes more than 1-2 working days to answer a legitimate question, then it's only natural that people start to think you're just avoiding the question, if you're not communicating about what you're doing on your end.

I can agree with your point fully, all I'm suggesting is we don't know all of the details surrounding the circumstance of them being brought on.

Looking back the last post on this thread from them was March 1st (which is well beyond your 1-2 day timeline). But the same mods last post on forums was March 10th (multiple posts on multiple threads), which leads me to believe they are still around but maybe attending to other needs on the forums.

Why don't we try taking some of the questions posted on the thread and throw them in a topic titled "Questions for the Moderating Team" and place them in the Website and Forums Section? This way we aren't littering their thread with the same "please answer X questions" while still putting the questions in the appropriate section.
