@POOn3d3itch well for the toggle pvp thing they could make it so it takes a 1 minute waiting time for it take take effect and can't be used while in battle.
Also you don't have to pk just near the ditch when i used to pk i only went into level 20+ wilderness so no one could teleport...back then though the special attacks from weapons weren't as devastating such as korasis or dragon claws so i guess only time will tell on how that will work.

well, im out after this post, but the ONE thing that annoyed me about the old wildy was that it was soooooo easy to escape from someone attacking you. :/ just head a couple levels south and you're safe... not cool. i think there should be a mix of whats going on now with pvp now and the old wildy for example..

the truth is, the only thing that was awesome about old wildy is the fact that you get what you kill (minus the 1 from protect item)
the new pvp drops are awesome and should be kept IN COMBINATION with what the killed player is wearing.

thats about it, basically you take the best of both ideas and you got a pretty awesome pking system. basically it shouldnt depend solely on EP to dictate whether you get somethng good or not cuz its not fair if two players fighting eachother are risking 10m+ and the winner gets 500k from his kill -_-

I've been playing since late 2001 / early 2002, stacked up 725 days play-time during (your welcome jagex for all the money i've paid u in memb fees over the years) and i've seen lots of updates both good & bad. It amazes me that half of 'noobs' im going to call them, are saying "YES BRING WILDY BACK" yet most of them never played back then. Apparently wilderness clues / minigames are going to be moved so for me It doesn't bother me too much. Another point I think most have failed to see is if this update comes to pass we will lose alot of older players and they're much nicer to game with as opposed to an agro-teen pker. I'm a member of Sylar964's clan and we alone have alot of players that have never known free-trade or the wildy, and I for one will do everything I can to help them out. Whether it be giving them money to replace items they lose due to some noob running around with d claws or escorting them for clues. If those of us who vote "No" lose this vote then helping one-another out in troubled times is the best defence against the horde of troubled youths that are Pkers.

Jagex im an advocate for free trade, but if you remove min/max/mid from ge its 10000000000% useless and will die. I love the GE, it sets hard prices on items and if you really do move the limits in ge (idk how you would do this) Itll be as useful as a plane underwater. Please think before you do anything of the sort.

@ Beelee, dude, i've been playing this game for 7 years now and i support what you said totally. Personally, you are the only one who have made the most sense throughout every post ive read concerning this issue (about helping each other out if u get pked by a noob). it amazes me that people still think they have a say whether the wildy will be brought back or not. of course its getting brought back. its definate. the only solution to those who are worried of getting killed in wildy is just to do what Beelee said, thats the closest you can get to being compensated for ur loss. also, i am 90% against bringing the wildy back because it just looks like jagex as game studio took 5 steps forward and 10 steps back; when the wildy comes back. BUT the 10% in me voted "yes" for wildy to come back because as a long time player, im running out of things to do. ive nearly accomplished all my goals and i would hate to retire from this game because i just love it so damn much. all im saying is, we get a chance to still enjoy certain aspect of the game.
we also have to look at the other aspects regarding the implementation of what jagex are proposing. WAKE THE eff up!!! free trade is coming back!! why shud you worry about getting scammed? if your not stupid then dont get scammed. if you're a new player, what are you doing with 30m? lool jokees.its like they say, if a deal sound too good to be true, then its probably a scamm. dont you just miss the thrill of going to the duel arena and winning 3m? what is the point of being a billionaaire if the money will just stay in your bank forever? you gotta loose it and get it back. that way you still have something to do. im pro " return of the wilderness" man.
im so sick and tired of hearing people complaing about how they are gonna get pked if they are doing clue scroll. im sure that not all the world will have pkers stalking ur ass; you can also go in teams for back up. their might even be more clans created for this purpose. gheeeeez

thanks for finally making a *Real* Poll, now i could finally vote 'NO' ;)
but looking at the count.. it's probably going to happen so i have a few questions..
i would still like to see the PVP worlds though, i kinda like PKing in Varrock/Falador/etc. are you sure you want to remove the PVP worlds, maybe with the current PVP lootsystem still in place?
what will happen to ancient PVP artifacts?
and will you consider a lootshare function for clan pking?
and a G.E. without price limits would probably be really unstable, will we be able to see how much the current offers are?"

hmm im pretty okay with everything but i believe what she is saying is true. g.e. prices would really be unstable, like who would by this rune 2h if they every1 sets the price at 10 gp? also i want the bh**** +1, and pvp worlds to stay, otherwise im okay with the old wildy. the old wildy was fun too. :D Sadly, i have grown to liking bh+1 and pvp much more. personally, i dont think u can use the idea in the future because it would be the same as it is rite now. u would still get bh an pvp as your other variety of pking or something close to that. the idea of pking is actually quite smart. i like it. so, i hope you think about what i am saying and change your minds.
I think many people might not agree with me and many people will agree with me. why not keep the bh and pvp worlds. its fun getting targets in bh and its really cool that you are able to fight other player all over runescape on these combat worlds.
So along with the addition of the old wilderness, can i askk you a favor?
please keep bounty hunting and pvp worlds. it means a lot to me. :D
