I know. But- it is a losing battle because they honestly they don't care about the consequences if it lines their own pockets. Jagex and players alike.
edit: I am sure I will hang in w160 more than I do now- after the begging- scamming- trash talking crapola comes back in game. ahh yes... I too have memories of edgeville w18.

There should be a frigging age limit to RS. I'm tired of OMG GUYZ IM SO L33T CUZ I CAN BARRAGE.
Also yeah, what Fireye said is right. Jagex are gonna ruin what they worked so hard to achieve. Although, maybe they don't care. Afterall, an influx of pkers means an influx of revenue. It's sad.

Gonna say this just once, then never again....
Bots and RWT is NOT a valid reason to be against this. Any other reason is fine but NOT those ones. People obviously haven't paid enough attention to what Jagex have said. They said they are confident that they can control the situation with bots and RWT, that's the only reason they are suggesting to re-introduce the old Wilderness and Free Trade. They wouldn't even toy with the idea if they weren't confident that they could cope with the bots and RWT, etc. SO please guys. THIS IS NOT AN EXCUSE. READ BEFORE YOU COMPLAIN WITH THE ABOVE REASONS.

me want green dragons moved so me can make a few hundredthousand a day ok move the green dragons so bones dont go up. and one you enter the wilderness will u be skulled or if you attack someone like it was back then and one more will the chaos tunnles be part of the wildy??

I voted "No," even though the old wild is something I would definitely like to see come back (I am not a pker), I think it's only right that if you kill someone, you should get exactly what they are carrying, not a % of what a system says that you should get. I think the wild should be on almost all worlds, but I would like to see "Peaceful" worlds where players can go in the wild to do clues and stuff without being attacked.
The thing is, I really don't want to see free-trade back unless they add restrictions on it, like a daily and/or weekly limit to how much you can give away, unless it's between long standing friends. I would also suggest that they have a "suggested price" button in GE in-case people don't know what the average price of what they're trying to sell is, to prevent them from making a mistake and rage quitting.

So, basically, Treasure Trails are no longer going to be in the wilderness, nor are any D&D activities going to be in the wilderness? Because I live off of those. Sorry, but you already made a change, and you've been supported through it, and backstabbing those who have supported you this whole time isn't going to help anything.
On another note, if anyone is still reading, is there going to be any way to determine the street prices for items?

Like they do now WITH the trade restriction in place. Glad you have faith in them- I don't. Why should I take their word... I predict massive influx of bots as well as hackers... just like the good ole days.
Everyone with phats on forum pic best make sure their accounts are well protected.
Also Jagex better remind players to keep chat to friends only- or they will start getting messages from noobs claiming to be jagex staff...
And remind them never ever post on clan websites! Or do explain that they are at the mercy of whoever keeps those sites safe from keyloggers. A few of my friends got hacked that way prior to trade restriction.
ahhh yes the good ole days are returning. I'm just flooded with fond memories about the great community we had. ^_^
