I'm sure they'll have to move those places, although maybe not the Green Dragons. If they don't move green dragons, dragon bones will probably skyrocket in price. At the same time, I never liked the idea of people getting so much money by sitting out there with a multicannon.
About the corporeal beast, there would have to be either safe areas, or it would have to move. Personally, I like the idea of things like Mini-games and activities moving outside of the wilderness, back into a safe area, because it's much more local and easy to access. I don't really enjoy either buying amulets all the time to tele or walking 10 minutes to each activity.

@ infcted. before the updates there were NO problems with anything you listed. the abyss, the drags. none of the people there complained. they knew the risks of going into the wildy and thats just how it was. wildy was made initially for the sole purpose of pking it didnt used to have all these banks and miniigames and things. the only bank there was the mage bank which was used for those at the mage arena. and as for the lvl 3 problem, before you go into the wildy theres a huge flashing warning describing the risks of entering the wildy. if the lvl 3 decides to ignore it and go ahead then he deserves to face the risk.

I personally hope to see the wilderness and free trade be renewed to their original state. Although I strongly aree with reinstatement, I have come across many good arguments in this thread. I would also like to point out the immaturity displayed by certain users. Clue Roller claims to have been doing clue scrolls in the wilderness since 2002 and after a bit of reasearch I have found that the clue scroll system wasn't implicated until May of 2004. This is just and example of common invalidity and spontaneous arguments made by players that may not even know what they are talking about.
Thanks, and happy pking.

WRONG
A new player of the game just starting out may well want to explore but when they jump the wall and get a message popping up saying "the wilderness is a very dangerous are where other players can attack you" I'll lay bets that they don't just wander gleefully into level 49 wild like you suggested.

While there are many things wrong with free trade, it's what made Runescape unique. It's economy wasn't controlled, it was let to roam freely and change as it pleased. Perhaps just something that TELLS you the value of the item, not forcing you to use that value alone, so people aren't easily scammed. Keeping logs on the trade, so that if gold is farmed, it is visible and actions can be taken, same as botting.
