why does everyone want pking back? I dont want to be killed every time i go to kill green dragons. I dont want to be killed every time i go to a wilderness star. I dont want to be killed whenever i go to fist of guthix.After all im a low level, level 77 (i started in 2005 and played on and off.)to be exact and any pker can kill me in like 2 shots cause they are all level 110s and stuff. All i want back is free trade. Pking, not so much.

I truly think you should bring this back. Me along with many of my friends from school and other locations quit Runescape when the old pk and free trade went away. I for one and many others would love to see the free trade and old wilderness come back. Thank's Hunter. :)

I've been playing runescape for 4 or 5 years now, so I know both options (wildy and free trade ON or OFF). Altough there are more chances of scamming, cheating or wathever it can be, I thing that the wildy and free trade must be back.
First because free trade allows more to players and allows them to help better other players: for example, if a player buys someting from another (who he knows or who he trusts) he can first have the item for free and then repay it when he has some money again. This allows players to have quickly something they really need without having to pay it directly because they don't have the money. Another example: if a player needs a lot of money (an amount that means a lot for the one who recieve, but not much for the one who gives), he can ask some to someone (a great, kind and generous person). This is a way to help someone that wouldn't exist if the free trade was off. I agree that such kind of help isn't fairly common, but it is always a great help. So these are 2 examples that show the utility of the free trade.
Secondary because the pvp wilderness makes the game more "lucid". Let me explain : the players would better know what to do in their pvp combat because the pvp aera is restricted : it isn't an entire world, so they know EXACTLY where they are in danger and where not. They can also jump back over the wildy line without being killed. This can be badly used by players who fight until they see that they are dieing and jump back over the line. But if players really want to provide such cowardness, they just have to go further into the wildy.
These are for me the multiple reasons that make me thing the free trade and wilderness are really good options. Scamming is of course a great danger but players just have to be careful. Nothing is perfect anyway.

I also think that the free trade should have some sort of limit like if a person gives you something, you have to give them something in return, just, it can be any sort of item. Actually, no, Scratch that. You are right skillzx, it does remove the reason for free trade.

I've voten along time ago when I just saw the poll, and ofcourse I have voted Yes I miss the old times and when Free Trade & PKing are back in I bet alot of PKers will return....
And now things like Donations will be possible again.
Also thanks to this giant poll Jagex has won the Golden Joystick awards So congratulations to them.
