the lack of detail is probably because they presume people know about the old wilderness... yes it was much better than this new system for pvp/bounty worlds. but there are huge flaws in it. if thi update goes ahead rs can and probably will be destroyed economically... gold will become worthless, it really i that imple... why dont ou all see it?
there are solutions, but jagex have declared it will either come back, or it wont. there seems to be no alternative agreement.
jagex need to put way more thought into this is they are even concidering it.

Firstly, you said that there are nearly 128 million players in the game..that's why there's only 700k votes? If there was really 128 million, then there would be over 50 million votes by now at least.
This also could be down to actually a good voting system..not many people wanted it back? It shows. People voting twice? 700k votes only out of 128 million? I doubt they have done that with only that many votes counted man.
You need to look at the situation before assuming things.

I didn't say anything about how many players were in the game. I have no idea of the number. I certainly didn't say 128 Million. I think you need to recheck my messages.
Either way, the system is flawed. Period.

They do, but to be perfectly honest.. jagex has no other joice but to bring it back.. because you see all those votes.... if they dont.. they are going to have 800,000 angry people..
not to mention everybody... jagex has new staff and ceo and mark is going to nerf it and mess it up because he doesnt know how to run a good game... if you all played back in the day you would love the situation. its time we give our players of years and years an update and stop updating for the new people

i would like to see free trade back to normal.how ever i believe that the old skool style wildy should only be brought back on certain worlds. as the current wildy does have its advantages. that the old wildy could never provide

right, but why disagree with something that you know you truely do enjoy... people are going to attack you when you go in wild yes.. no doubt... and so will the revs wont they? it is dangerous isnt it? yes.. but wasent that was it was ment for?
ever had a wildy clue? done a bunch of them?
i made more money back in the day off wildy clues then i ever have skilling/merching... because those are the best..***** you need danger to get the best? right....
so instead of disagreeing.. agree and make it happen. because jagex doesnt want anyone unhappy.. so they are going to do there best to make it best for both sides.. i promise you.
