You state that to voice one's opinion as "no," one should "boycott" voting. However, the "boycott" clause is not seen obvious enough.
When players, and people in general, enter a web page like the voting one, they quickly observe it as a typical formulaic repetition, that is, you enter name and log on and are redirected to another page.
Based on several posts, I'd say this is what happened. Quite a few of your figures are rather, inconsistent, simply due to that fact.
Another thing, just posting a comment a few pages into a post does NOT make any situation *clear.*

I also suggest editing the page to where you MUST LOG-ON. Simply because if anyone wanted to, they could take record of every name posted on the forums and then enter them into the "vote yes" field that only asks for a name.
Oops, did the developers forget something?

look, im not going to be mean or ugly but i feel this vote is wrong, u need to log in and vote ive already had people submit my name and i dont even want this passed, i felt it was bad at first, but now i relize with the growing population it would be better to have a set limit on trade values as well as it would be more than diffucult to do any clue scroll in the wildy as it is with the revs, think about reinstating player wildy? i prefer not to partake in pvp and i think the people who do should have thier own world so i dont get bothered by them. most of my friends disapprove of this as do i but our names got submitted by noobs in the ge and we are all quite upset and would rather u have us log in and say no or renounce our votes as untrue, i also find like the post above that one can make an acc lv 3 and submit and do again and not only will u lose cool names, but ull get false answers. i will stand true even if this passes and see if u change in a month but 99% people i know will quit, and they are paying members,
B I G loss and trust me, you reinstate this you will be holding a new guiness record "the fastest a game can plummet" as well u are allowing botters or lag fishers back in, and they get alot of money from crap like that where i have to work hard for my every mill. look jagex, think about the consequences before you set something like this up, and plz delete all votes and make people log in to vote and have to be of total lv 800 or had the account for 2 yrs so they atleast know wat it is like to have this crap all over again. thank you for your time,

*****;i admit that back in the old days, it was pretty fun. but what if im trying to do things in the wilderness, but thses guys keep atking me? im not trying to complain. im trying to make sure that i can actually do things in the wildy witout getting stalked...or sumtin like that. u no wat i mean? if jagex put the old wildy on seprate worlds i would be ok wit it. if it was like that i would vote yes for the change

Ok, but we did it back in the day.. if its in the wildy, it is because it is a great clue scroll... and if you want to runecraft fast... then deal with the players.. i agree runecrafting was a pain.. but i enjoyed gearing up and downing the kids that attacked me.. it made everything more interesting.
And if you played back then you do know that yes there will be stragglers in every world. but *he players usually set their own worlds. like we used to pk in 3 a long time ago.. and etc... a world will be set by clans and players will straggle here and there. but it wont be hard... we did it for years.. its easy.

no you havent.... get over yourself or quit... clue scrolls are easy.. im tired of hearing people complain.. ive been playing since 01.. and tbh, revanants are more of a pain then the pkers ever were! so stop your whining
