If you are skilled enough to wear ahrim's barrows set, just wear the highest magic offense bonus you can afford and attack with the highest hitting spell available. This way, you can kill the brothers faster than the slain ones can drain your prayers (specially the melee ones), allowing several trips before banking again. Polypore Staff works best. Ice spells and charged God Spells work fine as well.

Tip 1: Wear a ring of life or combat boosting ring until you reach the chest and then equip a ring of wealth from your inventory for the actual act of looting the chest.
Tip 2: Having ancient magiks turned on not only helps for fighting the (melee) brothers but also in the event that you die you can access a bank, teleport to kharyrll (canifis) and quickly return to your gravestone before it collapses.

Tip 1:
The fastest teleport method:
Use a Drakan's medallion to teleport there and out.
Teleport to Barrows with a Drakan's medallion, kill all brothers and loot the chest. When you've looted the chest, and you see that you got enough supplies for one more run, teleport to Barrows with your medallion. If you are attcked by some of the creatures or skeletons and can't teleport out, run to the other side of the chest and they will get trapped.
When you've done all runs with your supplies and need to bank, teleport to Burgh de Rott with the Drakan's medallion. Fill up your inventory and do the same again.

Tip 2:
Killing method:
The Barrows brothers got a very low defense against magic, exept Ahrim. So it's best to kill all brothers exept Ahrim with the best magic spell you can. And Ahrim got a very low defense against melee. So it's best to kill him with melee.

set up your inventory with a bit of food, tele runes to kharyll, prayer melee gear, mage gear, and polypore staff...
mage the melee bros, and melee the range and mage bros..
and everyonce in a while use prayer renewal
DO NOT USE ANY PRAYER POTS IN THE TUNNELS LEADINGF TO THE CHEST!! WASTE OF CASH!!!

Use Ancients for quick tele; incase of death and for Blood Blitz which will get you LP with your loot of bloods and other required runes.
Bring more prayer potions initially because you have a source of health via magikz.
Therefore your trips will last a hell lot longer at the cost of some loots.
Bloods are nothing compared to the eventual gear drops.

1. For ease of kills and saving food/pots the best order I have found is.
Dharok (pray), Karil (pray), Guthan (pray), Torag (Your prayer may be low or gone), Ahrim, Verac.
The reason for this is that you take out the most annoying targets with prayer, and tank/Freeze the rest.
2. A good offence is the best defense, Magic is the best style for the barrows.
All the brothers (Karil has no magic defense) are weak to magic, so a polypore staff (Combined with ancients for freezing), Slayer dart, or salamanders work a treat.
3. Use the oog'log spas to boost your prayer and health above maximum, and give you infinite run energy for 10 minutes or so.
The third one is just a tip to anyone reading these.

Bring a guthans set to heal in the tunnels to save banking time, use less food, and camp for 10+ runs easily.
Ignore kill count until you are in the chest room. From there, you can spamclick doors to spawn monsters for killcount. If you die, you will have a higher chance of receiving a repair or bless on your grave.
