1) Drakan's medallion dramatically speeds up trips - not only can you teleport directly to Barrows after banking at castlewars or Burgh de Rott, you can teleport out of the tunnel once you've looted the chest, back to above ground! You have to be out of combat, so try and sidestep around the chest to trap any attacking monsters first.
2) Polypore staff is an incredible tool if you can wield it. Use it for the melee brothers and possibly Ahrim. You should always melee Karil with a weapon you carry in your inventory. If you cannot wield a polypore staff, using slayer dart or a salamander is a less effective method but one that has lower requirements.
3) Magic armour isn't a requirement at all. The melee brothers have such low defence to the magic style that you can attack them whilst in melee armour and still only miss one spell in twenty. Personally I go in Verac's armour for the slight prayer conservation alongside good defence bonuses.
4) Killing monsters in the tunnel only affects drops like runes, bolts, and coins. You make most of your profit from the barrows item rewards, so only kill monsters in the tunnel if they're really annoying you!
5) If you have unlocked Akrisae's tomb, note that killing the seventh barrows brother does nothing to your loot. Only the first six brothers contribute. Take advantage of this and skip the brother with the cheapest gear unless he is your tunnel.
6) When doing the puzzle door in the tunnel, you can stop an aggressive monster from attacking you by trapping it behind another monster.
7) A sip of magic potion every chest gives a dramatic increase in damage. For the first minute you will have a +5 magic boost, which translates to +15% damage!
8) Make good use of the arcane necklace rewards from dungeoneering. Whilst an arcane stream necklace is ideal, giving a +15% damage boost for magic spells, if you are unwilling to dedicate such a large portion of tokens to it a lower arcane necklace is still useful.

9) One sip of prayer potion should be enough to take you through Dharok, Karil, and Ahrim if you are quick. It is not important to pray for the other brothers. Take another sip if you have a Dharok, Karil or Ahrim tunnel just before you fight them. This means you only use 1-2 doses per chest.
10) Have fun.

@Alethros "How many tips can I send in?
Please only send in a maximum of two tips. We want to involve as many different peoples suggestions as possible in our video and that means we'll have a lot to read through!"

If you have at least 50 attack, defense, and ranged, you can use the orange salamander. It is the worst decent salamander, its cheap...like 10 coins...and its ammo, marrentil tar, can be purchased at the grand exchange for around 50 gp ( actual price is lower but its harder to buy at that price ) about 100 marrentil tars should do nicely for a trip ( cost is 5k per trip ). Use its magical attack on the melee brothers..thats Dharok, Guthan, Verac and torag....and just use a strong melee weapon on the other two.

my method for this would really be take lobsters, fungal armour, polypore staff, arcane stream neck, any god cape, mages' book, infinity boots and gloves, the providing of lobsters should get you through 1 trip without any prayer potions or magic potions (if you are short on cash use lobsters and mystic robes) - another method i use is the armour shown above, 8 prayer potions, 1 magic potion, rest monkfish/sharks this usually gets me around 3-4 trips depending on how often i hit - i may take too many prayer potions if you think about it but better safe than sorry ;) - happy hunting people ;D

use a cannon in the last room before the treasure room. this will get your kill count up fast and if u also have bones to peaches tablets there should be bones all over the place. having a high kill count increases your odds of getting good loot from the chest. also after spending some time in that room the monsters will stop being aggressive so u can spend more time on solving the puzzle on the puzzle door.
remember to pick up your cannon before u go into the treasure room.

-kill verac first, he can deal alot of damage. if you have soulsplit, use it whilst killing him.
-kill ahrim last! ALWAYS! he reduces stats even through prayer, i suggest using armadyl or karil's to prevent this!
-use a ROW when searching the chest! increases chances of rare drops!
-if you have soulsplit, bring a whole inventory of prayer potions, 2 extreme sets(super sets are fine),a special attack weapon and some magic defense armour! with this method, i get atleast 10-15 chests per trip (i only use melee)
-if you don't have soulsplit, a good alternative is guthans, if not that, then bring some food, maybe 8 sharks, and use prayer on ALL the brothers (verac can hit through prayer)
-remember to protect from melee/deflect melee on dharok! or he will probably kill you!

1. Allow multiple people to go trough doors at once inside the tunnels.
2. Allow seeing which brothers you've killed while on the surface.
3. Don't make Verac/Akrisae disappear when you enter the adjacent room.
4. Don't allow combat to interrupt the puzzles inside the tunnels.
5. Make wights summoned by other players unclickable, or at least have the flashing arrow point to the one you summoned.
