What equipment to bring:
Gear: Verac's Helm > Arcane Stream > Ganodermic Poncho > Ahrim's Robeskirt > Ragefire Boots > Fire cape > Polypore Staff > Barrows Gloves > Dragonfire Shield > ROW
Inventory: Whip or chaotic, Draken medalion 2 Prayer Potions
Optional: 3 Overloads, 12 Saradomin Brews and Enhanced Excalibur, OR use sharks as food
The best ways of handling each monster or boss:
PPS all, Only need to melee on Akriase when he turns on protection prayers. Sip Prayer pot on Karil, Pray Protect range. No special order, I do them in round robin form myself.
Useful safespots:
Nope, safespots are not needed
The easiest way to get there:
Use Drakens Medalion, all other ways are annoying, so get questing, lolol
Special trivia you think could be of interest:
None from me.

Overloads are overkill but will really speed up the trips.
This set-up offers good defense stats to all categories.
It is not very expensive, but does incur repair costs.
The PPS will tear through the brothers pretty fast.

This method does not require prayer at all except for Karil.

it would be really helpful if you have full access to the burgh de rott city.As you can bank and fish/cook there.
I nvr used salamanders, slayer darts, nor polystaff..b4 i got 99 mage i used to use ancients there but its not worth it to me. You have to FIND WHAT WORKS BEST FOR YOU.. I use korasi sword along with super sets + piety along with blk d-hide..not the best gear but it gets the job done
I would recommend taking falador shield if you have 1. although it restores prayer once a day it helps out big time mainly bc it restores you to ur full prayer which saves your pray pots. Holy wrench is also helpful along with the medalion for teleporting.
if you in the tunnel and your prayer hits 0 dont restore your prayer until you run into one of the brothers...this is why you bring food..keep your life points up and keep running. No brother can 1 hit you on their first try so dont worry. even if you get dharok in the tunnel, his best hits comes when his hp is low..use your prayer wisely

Using the Ardougue Cloak to teleport to the Kandarin Monestary can be a great way to recharge prayer points between Barrows runs, especially if used in tandem with Drakan's Medallion to teleport back to the Barrows.

Polypore staff makes things really easy. If you have 99 magic like I do, Barrows should be a breeze if you use this method. For armor, I use full void with a mage hood and an arcane stream necklace. I can easily hit over 400 on any brother with the staff. The only downside to this method is it makes Ahrim hard. I would advise bringing along a melee weapon if the spell keeps missing on him.

1. always turn aid off, dishonest players commonly use tele-other spells in order to distract and kill players.
2. always use world 31, the unofficial barrows world. there are always players to bless your grave if you die.
