1. If you're low on hp, then bring a full guthans to heal on the monsters in the catacombs. You can do this in between brothers too,you just have to find the empty crypt. This is will save A LOT of food.
2. While in the catacombs head to the nearest door that leads to the center treasure room (it doesn't matter whether or not the door has the "open option" or just an examine option). Once there, adjust your screen so that you can see all four doors in the catacomb that leads to the treasure room. Right click all the doors; the door with the "open option" is your door to the treasure room. This will give you an idea of which direction in the catacomb to go.

1) Powermelee everything with E void+chao+extr+turm
Max your dmg output - faster kills, max chestruns - min pray loss - exca for all ur healing - C crossbow for akri.

Even when you do not get a good drop for a while just realize that your next run through can be rewarding.

Use of prayer auras can be beneficial in helping you last longer.

tip 1: While you're running down the 'side halls' always make sure to rotate your screen so you haven't run passed your "locked door"
tip 2: If you're aiming for longer runs, bring guthans to heal on monsters in the catacombs OR bring blood blitz/barrage to heal up on the brothers while you pray against them

For easy teleports, bring a Drakan medallion, an ectophial and house teletabs. Use the house teletabs to tele to your house after each run to restore prayer points, then use the ectophial to teleport to the Canifis region. Finally, use the Drakan medallion to teleport to the barrows. It won't use a charge as long as you tele from the Canifis/Mort Myre region. You can also use it to tele to Burgh De Rott for banking.
It's a quick way to get around without having to run through the swamp to get to Barrows or back to Burgh De Rott to bank.

Never EVER use mage gear when you are maging Barrows, unless you rely solely on Ice freezing technique. All barrow brothers, except Ahrim, have very low defence against magic, so much that even at 70's you can hit them without splashing much at +15 magic attack.
Contrary to popular belief, Black Salamanders and Slayer darts are affected by Magic Attack bonus, it just simply doesn't matter against Barrow Brothers.
If you use Drakan's Medallion, use Ardougne cape 3 or better for free prayer recharge, and an Ectophial for a one click emergency teleport and in case you use up all your Drakan charges without realising it. You can still use Medallion to teleport around Morytania with 0 charges.
Using the spade on the mounds saves inventory space, but using spade in your inventory is slightly faster.

i use like 8pray pots with protect from range,mage or melee rune armor whip obby shield a teleport and a bit of food and definently space for those draconic visages if your lucky

-Use prayer renewal after all ur prayer points runs out. The prayer decrease once in a while so you will be able to pray as it restores over time.
-Make sure you pray agaisnt darrock as he can one shot you, who ever you are!!!

To help with conserving your prayer potion doses, while you are in the tunnels and you are at the chest, with the last brother to kill, wait until the Brother face shows up (which is the exact moment a prayer drain occurs), then immediately drink, pray, open chest, Kill brother, loot, teleport.
This prevents situations where you drink a prayer dose, and it immediately gets drained, which could mean life and death.
Also, prayer renewal is NOT recommended in the Tunnels or against Dharok, because the periodic prayer drain will interrupt your prayer, leaving you open to KO in the second it takes to put the prayer back on. This is especially important for lower levels.
