1. Always kill the brothers who require prayer first. Kill dharoks (prayer is a must), then Khrail (prayer is strongly advised), then guthan and torag (prayer is helpful), then verac (prayer not needed, since he hits through it, but i can block some attacks), then ahrim (prayer not needed, unless you don't want stats slightly drained).
2.Most importantly, conserve your potions and food. At first, you will want to be very cautious and always keep prayer at max and lp at max. As long as your prayer is higher than 20* (as in 20 prayer points remaining), and your hp are at 250+, you don't need food or potions. Just remember with prayer, try to remember how long ago your prayer got drained, so it doesn't get drained when you only have 30 points remaining. Doing this, you can easily do 2-4 runs without a problem.

These tips are really helpful for new people, I do this all the time. Gl all.
As for the tunnels, kill 4-5 creatures, remember your route if you doing a back to back trip, wear ring of wealth, be always prepared to fight a brother when you open any door.
As for route, do in search of myrque (spell check?), and fairy tale part 2. Use DLS, and walk from there.
Oh and ALWAYS kill the 5 five brothers before going into the tunnel. You don't wanna fight two brothers at once... (khrail+dhraok=death)
Just thought I'd add those, as some must-knows.
