Take Polypore Staff+Mage gear with melee tank gear for chest+legs
Mage every boss except and use claw specs to kill ahrim
Polypore staff/c maul for Akrisae
Bring about 7 extreme mages or ovls
7 prayer renewals
set turm+ssplit as quickprays and flick them
Switch from seers (i) to ROW to loot and use drakans medallion to teleport back to barrows
Low cost, 3-5min chests, 50+ chests/trip :)

I recommend that you get 50 construction, 66 magic and complete Desert Treasure. Then build the teleport room in your house and set one of the portals to Kharyrll teleport. This will take you straight to Canifis and with house teletabs it makes everything easier. Also remember to build an altar in your house for recharge.
I would also personally get a kill count of at least 15 since its around that number that you get blood runes which can either supply you for your spells or make a nice bonus profit.

For higher leveled players, I highly recommend using Void with a Chaotic Maul/Chaotic crossbow (for switching on Akrisae) with extremes/overloads and turmoil. You will easily 2-3 hit each of the brothers, making your trips much faster profit/hour. Elite Void and Soul Wars Capes will also give you a much needed prayer boost!

Method for those with 70-90 stats 55 + slayer and 45+ prayer
If you have offensive stats above 90 just use your best gear whether it is chaotic crossbow or Chaotic Rapier and you will do fine.
This method is better than the salamander method but similar to the salamander method as it focuses on the brother's weakness. You can basically camp with this method indefinitely as long as you have potions as you typically get more runes than used while with the salamander method you have are there until you run out of tar.
Equipment:
Best (left) to worst (right)
Weapon: Staff of Light / Slayer's Staff
Helmet: Fighter Hat / Warrior Helmet / Helmet of Neitznot / Mystic Hat
Amulet: Arcane Stream Necklace / Amulet of Fury / Amulet of Glory (4)
Top: Torva Platebody / Bandos Chestplate / Fighter Torso
Bottom: Torva Platelegs / Bandos Tasset / Verac the Deflied's Plateskirt / Mystic Robe Bottom
Gloves: Goliath Gloves / Gloves (Barrows) / Gloves (Dragon) / Regeneration Bracelet
Cape: Completionist Cape (t) / Ardougne Cloak / Third-age Druid Cloak / Red or Blue Cape (S.W.) / Fire Cape / Skill Cape (t) / God Cloak (magic or prayer)
Boots: Steadfast Boots / Dragon Boots / mystic boots
Ring: Onyx Ring (i) / Dragonstone Ring (i) / Ring of Vigor / Seer's Ring (i) / Warrior Ring (i) / Seer's Ring / Lunar Ring / Ring of Wealth
Inventory:
Bring a SPADE!
Healing Item: [Enhanced Excalibur (elite)] / Saradomin God Bow (with Saradomin Arrows in ammunition slot) / Saradomin Godsword
Teleportation Item: Drakan's Medallion / House Tab (with Kyrall Portal) / Ectovial / Ring of Wealth (4) / Glory (4)
If you brought an Arcane Stream Necklace an Amulet of Fury or Amulet of Glory (4).
If you have access to Ring of Vigor and Brought an Onyx or Dragonstone Ring (i) bring a Ring of Vigor.
If you brought any combat ring bring a Ring of Wealth.

Bring a Dragon Dagger (p++) if you have access to Special Recovery Potions if you do not have access to Special Recovery Potions Dragon Claws will be better.
Bring a Range or Melee Primary Weapon: Zaryte Bow / Chaotic Weapon / Vine Whip / Rune Crossbow / Abyssal Whip / God Sword / God Bow / Brackish Blade / Dragon Weapon
Bring Death Runes and Mind runes (1 : 4 ratio Deaths : Minds)
Bring 2 - 4 Prayer Renewal Potions (4)
Bring 1 - 3 Rocktail / Cave Fish / Barron Sharks
Bring 5 + super restore potion (4) / (super) prayer potion (4)
Bring 3 - 4 Special Recovery Potion (4)
Bring 1 Extreme Attack Potion (4) and 1 Extreme Strength Potion (4) or 1 Super Attack Potion (4) and 1 Super Strength Potion (4) or 2 Combat Mixes (2). (Quick question to Jagex: will we ever see Extreme Mixes? I would love Extreme Magic Mix (2) etc...)

Fighting the Brothers:
I have Excluded Akrisea the Doomed due to the fact most people that have access to him do not do barrows often and / or already know how to deal with the barrows brothers.
If you find the tunnel skip that brother and continue following the guide.
First get to Barrows with whatever method you use (Draken's Medallion works the best).
(If you have Enhanced Excalibur (elite) use the special attack, then drink a dose of Special Recovery Potion).
First go into Verac the Defiled's Crypt (the north west burial mound). Use the Magic Dart Spell (you do not need a good magic attack bonus to accurately deal damage with this spell). If you did not use the Enhanced Excalibur Special attack in the previous step use the Staff of Light's Special attack as soon as Verac the Defiled Attacks you. *NOTE* Many people do not protect pray against Verac the Defiled as they think he hits through protection prayers but in reality he only hits through them 50% of the time so with Staff of Light Special Attack a defensive prayer such as ultimate skin, piety, turmoil, and deflect/protection from melee you should be fairly safe from Verac the Defiled's Attack and maybe only get hit once or twice. As soon as you defeat a barrows brother leave via the stairs or Draken's Medallion as soon as possible as the longer you are down there the more prayer you lose. (Turn off prayers as you run to the stairs)

A tip to reduce the amount of prayer pots is to not drink a prayer pot before or after the last brother to the one in the tunnels, this is because the recurrent crypt will drain your prayer before you even get a chance to hit the brother, this will stop you from loosing a dose or 2 of prayer. ;)

When on the surface don't heal with food as none of the other brothers can hurt you so just let your life points recover naturally. Restore Prayer back up to at least 80% of full prayer points (I don't recommend restoring to full though as you will typically use a prayer potion super recovery potion unwisely doing so though reduce your kills per trip. Do NOT use the Prayer Renewal Potions until specified in my directions). Drink a dose of Special Recovery Potion. Now Set-up your Quick Prayers so that when clicked it will turn on deflect / protection from melee and nothing else.

Go down the Dharok the Wretched's burial mound (the north east burial mound). Use the Magic Dart Spell and right before Dharok the Wretched attacks turn on your quick prayers. (Drink prayer recovery potion if your prayer falls below 200 unless you feel like you are within 2 attacks of killing Dharok the Wretched.) As soon as you defeat a barrows brother leave via the stairs or Draken's Medallion as soon as possible as the longer you are down there the more prayer you lose. (Turn off prayers as you run to the stairs)

Now Set-up your Quick Prayers so that when clicked it will turn on deflect / protection from magic and Turmoil / Piety / Leach Special, Leach Defence, Leach Attack / Chivalry / Ultimate Strength improved reflexes. Drink an Extreme Attack Potion (4) and an Extreme Strength Potion (4) and switch your staff of light to your Dragon Dagger (p++) / Dragon Claws (dagger being better then claws).

If you have Arcane Stream Necklace Equipped swap it out for your fury or glory and if you have ring of vigor put that on. Go to Ahrim the Blighted's Crypt (the center burial mound). Click on your quick prayer to activate them and Special out on Ahrim the Blighted as soon as he appears. After the 2-4 specials attacks drink a dose of special recovery potion and do 1 more special attack. If you do not kill him with the specials switch to your primary weapon that you brought and kill him with that. As soon as you defeat a barrows brother leave via the stairs or Draken's Medallion as soon as possible as the longer you are down there the more prayer you lose. (Turn off prayers as you run to the stairs)
Switch back to your standard equipment.
Go to Guthan the Infested's crypt (the south east burial mound). Turn on quick prayer and cast Magic Dart on Guthan the Infested until he dies. Drink prayer recover potion if you fall below 200 prayer points. As soon as you defeat a barrows brother leave via the stairs or Draken's Medallion as soon as possible as the longer you are down there the more prayer you lose. (Turn off prayers as you run to the stairs)
