Unfortunately not our decision or choice to do so. It's Twitter's choice, and as it's generally a 'side-product' of purchasing advertising credits, it's something we've been overlooked for thus far.
Believe us, we'd be verified if we could!

Cheers for this, JD. Have definitely seen a bigger phishing presence on Twitter these last few weeks. Pesky little so-and-so's ruining my feed!
