And that's why you need a player support on the actual RuneScape Homepage.

Almost every Website/Company which wants to be taken seriously has a Support.
Except for Jagex. A company which made a game that was released 14 years ago.

And yet there is no serious Support, there are just 3rd party sites.

This is a joke.

Erm...?

The majority of the support we offer on social media is aimed to 'direct' people where they can find the solution to their problems on our Support Centre, or to where they can contact us (again by sending us a ticket via the Support Centre).

I havent found a single form after 10 minutes of searching.


EDIT: I've finally found a "Contact us" Link after 15 minutes of looking through.
Guess where... Right, on the bottom of the page of the "RuneScape Gamebar isn't working properly" page. That's a joke, right?

We report where we can, but it's out of our hands as to whether they get blocked, unfortunately.
