1. The lists shouldn't in my opinion be released, some of us have good names that we want and been checking since the first announcement (beginning of July)
2. Should be higher total level (1500+)
Question: Will names beginning with numbers be released at all?
The list SHOULDN'T affect those who already have their most desired names planned out AND login at exactly this time. The list actually serves as a distraction for clueless people to sift through while those who planned it out are changing names.
Assuming that there will be no server lag at that time. If there is a great deal of lag, then the list will be the doom of us planners. I think there will be lag though. D-H... c'mon.

That is correct it will not. If you try and add it to the friends list and it says 'unknown player' then there is a good chance it will be released however.
