If your 1000 total in both rs3 and osrs, you can use both in-game and the website

If your just 1000 total in old school you can only use the website

I think they were released all at one time last time, they were gradually being taken though because of the immense lag making it difficult to obtain a name.

Problem:
I have a level 3 skiller that has 3 99's and around 40m total exp but is under 1000 total. Is it really fair that I can't change my name?
It should be 1000 total level OR 5m or 10m total exp to make it fair to everyone.
There are lots of players that only go for high experience and aren't concerned with total level, so total level isn't an accurate representation of how much time a person has invested into the game. rock clicker

Thank you for providing the 1000 total level req for the first 24 hours, it keeps those people at bay who have alt accounts to store names and most importantly , to keep the bots from re-hoarding the names.

This is BS!

I cant get in game as I'm at work but can get on website - stupid move Jagex.

Either do on weekend or after 6PM for people in UK who are at work or allow website access!!

That amount of xp is difficult to obtain as a new member, the first 100k in a skill can take someone who doesn't play often several days let alone 10-20m xp. 1000 total level is easy as in 1-30 is more manageable.
