If accounts that don't meet the requirements can basically ignore it by using a bond then that's sad since someone made a thread about name releases being about selling bonds and I thought they were being delusional. Maxed: 5/6/2015

Also I don't have 1k total FML!

Since I'm a skiller getting 1k will be harder for me, But I'll attempt in-case theres something I want.

I shouldn't have to waste a bond which I cannot afford atm to do so.

Once the 24 hours have passed all members will be able to have a go. Bond redemption will not be restricted based on level.


Does this mean, 1000 total level is not needed if using a bond?
