No. After the first 24hrs people with less than 1k can change their names with bonds or not.

It'd be nice if these were released at 4 or 5 PM. 1 PM is very early for those of us on the west coast. I know the world doesn't revolve around us though, so I'd just like to say it'd be nice if we were told in advance what names are being released.

Yes, I can only assume it's D, E, and F. Not going to wake up at 5 AM over that. Buuuut if I'm wrong and Jagex decided to release more names in letters that I want, I would be pretty upset if I had slept in and missed out because I was placed under the wrong impression. So a confirmation on what names are being released would be nice. ^_^

It should be 1000 total level OR 5m or 10m total exp to make it fair to everyone.
There are lots of players that only go for high experience and aren't concerned with total level, so total level isn't an accurate representation of how much time a person has invested into the game.

That amount of xp is difficult to obtain as a new member, the first 100k in a skill can take someone who doesn't play often several days let alone 10-20m xp. 1000 total level is easy as in 1-30 is more manageable.

I said 1000 total OR 5m or 10m exp, so either would qualify. Anways, that's exactly my point. I've put hundreds of hours into my alt account and it doesn't have 1k total but noobs who have spent 50 hours can change their names just because they have a different play style. rock clicker

Would also just like to say that I agree with the skillers. It is a bit ridiculous that it's based on total level rather than xp .

Click the Hero tab (helmet icon), then I believe summary then 'Change Name' above your character model.
