24 hours is a bit of a harsh setback for those that are below a 1k total. I would like to see it lowered to see it more low-level friendly, while continuing to disrupt snipers that are fresh out of the tutorial.

That or make an alternative experience requirement, maybe a few million eXP or so.

Eh, nice.
Two flaws:
1. The lists shouldn't in my opinion be released, some of us have good names that we want and been checking since the first announcement (beginning of July)
2. Should be higher total level (1500+) :P

Question: Will names beginning with numbers be released at all?

How does Jagex decide which names to clear? is there like a certain amount of xp they need to gain in order to keep their name, or is it just a log in and out type deal?

I have a name I've been chasing. This person isn't on the hiscores, no adventure's log so they are f2p, and hasn't been tracked since 2011. Their name starts with C as well, so my chances for the name has passed. I'm just curious to know how name clearing is decided for future use.

Great to see - however I have a feeling the 'Account' page won't work as well as the in-game function...
