If it becomes available it will take you to a second confirm screen.

Can someone please tell me how this works or what it means? :) :) :) :

If I add the name I want as a friend in game and it actually adds it to my friends list, does that mean that name will 100% not be released?

I have an account that's temporarily suspended from gameplay but is still able to access account management and change name. The account has the level requirements.. Is it eligible or not? ( account is not on highscores )
