I got it in hardcover when it came out, read it once then, and again recently
. I have to say this book is amazing! The characters feel like real human beings, that I can sympathise with, and the whole thing really draws me in.
At the beginning, it was a bit confusing because of how often the point of view switched with no notice, but I got used to that quickly, and it actually made the story much more exciting and suspenseful.
I also love how realistic it feels. A couple people have been complaining how adamant is such a rare metal etc., but I think it really adds to the realism of the story. Adamant is supposed to be a rare metal, just because us players can get it really easily, doesn't mean NPCs can. I also love how it takes two days to get from Falador to Taverly; I mean, if T.S. Church made it so it only took a minute, it wouldn't make any sense. There's no way it takes only a minute to get from a city to another town.
So yeah, I really loved this book! It was wonderful! I can't wait for a sequal!
Let me just say this I have not finished the book yet I do have the hard cover one and let me say this
JAGEX MAKE THIS A QUEST
thats all I have to say lol I mean Im no were near the 82nd chapter but I swear this book is amazing and Jagex should turn this epic novel into a Runesape quest so we the people of Runescape can not only read it but experiance it for ourselves + T.S Church might also like to see this ina quest fourm who knows
ok just to put this out there i absolutely hate reading....but this book was the best book ever!

As for the book, i've read it and it's pretty okay for a RS-based book, what more could anyone expect? They've done good in my view, Two thumbs up
