Oh come on people! Leave your hate behind you!

If they win this for a third time, it will bring thousands of new players in, who will subscribe, which will mean Jagex will have a larger budget for giving you what you asked for.
I have though about this and you are probably right: If RS3 wins, it will become much more popular again.

But that would be unfair towards other game developers. The best game deserves to win, not the one which needs it most.

I won't be voting for you this year, Jagex, but I also won't vote against you. I love this game and I think overall you've done a great job. But a lot of things I've seen and heard in the past few months have just rubbed me the wrong way, and I can't bring myself to support it.

Good luck.

Good year - totally deserving of anyone's vote, am I right?

Especially with your noteworthy boldened content:

Battlefield of Lumbridge. As an introduction to the player-influenced sixth age, this was the most pitiful excuse for an event I've seen. MASS gathering of resources for what... Cosmetic overrides, titles, and some armor that is outclassed by SO many different options? And as for the 'lore' and story behind it; well... there was no such thing. It was two gods interlocked in a ten-week long kamehameha. WOW.

Birthright of the Dwarves. It took you 10 months into the year (content you just realeased, no less) to find a second update worthy of a boldened mention as to why you should receive my - or anyones', at that - vote. Postponed for ten days only to STILL be riddled with issues left and right. Nice bug testers.

My PC is generally used for media. It's by no means a gaming computer. They only game I've graced with my presence on my computer is this. That's it.
No other online games.

Guess who's getting my Golden Joystick vote? Not you. Good luck losing again. Just like last year; when you got a little too expectant of what you thought to be your inevitable victory with the whole golden scythe fiasco, only to redact it and claim it to be a Runefest handout. Riiiiiight. Because releasing items with 'golden' in their name around the GOLDEN joystick awards is just coincidence. -end off track ranting-

Nonetheless, I pray unto you that lose again. It won't make you realize newly released content in this game fails as well as the attention paid to older aspects of the game is severely lacking - but it'll give me a good laugh to see you lose.

As much as there are little players currently playing this game i have to ask why Jagex would hope to win. The main problems it had were Micro transaction and too drastic combat changes for players to handle in one go. I do think Jagex has made the game less awesome with certain changes but i still admire the hard work and devotion that they have put into their game, even if some were less likeable updates.
