So I agree in all you say, and Im happy you have been around spanish forums to help us.

DONT AGREE. This is the worst update ever.
What is going to happen whit people who dont know how to speak english? U say they should know basic english, but basic english is not enought for do important post or to show ideas. They will leave the forums because they will not understand any post.

I just want to ask you something, what do you expect with this? a lot of people in the spanish comunity, in to the game did not know about the forums because they dont know to speak english and the think that the only rs forums was in english, we know thath we could get better support in the english community but a lot of people were to our forums because is more easy to understand things like how to repair your pc or how to prevent lagg in your own lenguage, there are a lot of things that we could speak in our own forums, maybe we are a smaller community but we are a united community and we love to talk with people that understand our language or people of the same country, another problem whit this is the racism we understand that we couldnt have rs in spanish but you could let us to have our own forums.

I certainly get what you are saying about the language barrier and all your feedback on that is very much appreciated. We want to engage with the community as much as possible, not just on the forums but in game as well. One J-Mod supporting a community cannot possibly offer the same support and engagement that a whole team of J-Mods can offer. What we want is to have all of you feel able to use the wider community support systems and feel comfortable taking part in the all the events, competitions and other things we have planned. We understand that this may be a wrench at first but in the long time we believe it will be a big benefit to all your communities.
As I said earlier, we get what you are saying with the language barrier and what I think would be great to see are some clans springing up to help with this. There have been many language specific clans for years and now we even provide you with your own forums and in-game management systems, so that may be something that will help some with the transition. There is a great Clan Introduction Forum where you can get help from experienced clan leaders to make a clan.
If you can think of any other things that will help with the transition, we would love to hear about them.

Ok I think that this update wont help people from other languages, because not everyone in this world speak English and the forums from their community is always the only way from where they can know what is going on with Runescape.

¤ Maybe more J-Mod help better than just one.
¤ My question is: How many people must have a community to be "significant" to Jagex? I think the Spanish community has many players who do not handle the English nor in the least.
¤ Could it be that only 1 Jagex Moderator fluent in Spanish can help all community?
¤ Forums Spanish with even more experienced players could help the players on minor issues and did not handle English. Now, only Mod Keildest can help them?

¤ Will you give space for a thread like "I need a Jmod!" on each language? I mean, to have personal assistance in a particular language. Do not forget that not all players handle well the English, including me.
