Additional Rules and Standards for Administrators
So you want to be an administrator, eh? Think you have what it takes to lead? If so, this is the place for you to be. Being a member of the Asgarnian development team will probably feel different than co-leading another group on world 42.
Here you are expected to set a good example, both in character and out of character, to the community
. As such, you are expected to:
Conduct yourself as a mature, respectful adult
Use discipline and good judgement in all of your decisions
Respect the opinions and wishes of others while maintaining a calm disposition
Maintain order and a welcoming environment in Asgarnia
Receive and address comments, complaints, criticisms, reports and concerns from Asgarnia members
Host and encourage the hosting of roleplays on a semi-regular basis. If you receive an administration position and do nothing with it, expect a pink slip and a swift kick out the door within a month.
Hold yourself accountable for your mistakes, and claim responsibility when you are at fault
Treat others as you wish they would treat your loved ones, with respect and care
