The Blue Moon Inn's Noticeboard


If you need mid level good and honest work done, the Blue Moon Inn's Noticeboard is the place to go. While strictly, 'illegal work' is not permitted to be posted, there are other ways one can have that done.

If you would like to have something posted, speak to the Innkeep, Old Billy. Then hopefully, some wandering Merc or Sellsword will take up your job if the coin is right.

(Most of these will be written in an In-Character point-of-view)

The Crown's Noticeboard


Positioned in the Varrock Great Square, the Crown's Noticeboard acts as jobs and services paid directly from the Kingdom's Coffers. Your employers will be the noble government officials that need a job done quickly and with skill.

These would be for the more skilled Sellswords who wish to make a name for themselves in the Royal Court to be moved up in the world or become a trusted sword to an important government offical.

Information:
The Barons of the Silvarea have asked for the Crown assistance in hunting down a rouge element of bandits that have caused more issues for larger forces. Under the gudienace of military officials, it has been approved that a smaller force skilled in tracking and hunting humans will be sent to track down and kill this group of bandits.
Payment:
400 gold pieces to each member of the Party once the head of the Bandit Lord Blackthrone and his trusted Captains are brought to the Queen.

In the past few weeks there has been a step rise in the reports of kidnappings across the different smaller towns. Seeming to be heading northwards towards Varrock. The latest happened on a small farmstead outside Hollowoak in Silvarea. The job is simple, find the reasoning behind these kidnappings and bring whoever has a hand in it to justice.

The Black Circle


Looking for highly illegal work? Ever wanted to become a hired killer? Sell drugs? Beat someone for money? The Black Circle is an underground group of lowlives that run namely out of the Varrock Slums. Ranging from all lowlife acts, if you're poor and looking for money, this would be the place to go.

With couriers stationed all around the Varrock Slums and the City, the Black Circle can operate all across the Kingdom if it comes to it. For a group of criminals, they seemed to be extremely centralized.

Rumor Mill


There's talk about bloody spirits wandering about the woods of Silvarea. Some dark talk about some Forest Witch rising the dead.

- Talk from some traders coming from the Salve way.

The tale about the Headless Horseman had started up again in Silvarea. This lad apperently was walking about midnight at the crossroads of Hollowoak where this black rider came from now where, swinging his mighty axe, nearly taking the lads head off.

- Apparently the Cousin of Old Billy the Innkeep, third son twice removed heard this from a Men-At-Arms

They say the only way to officially join the Black Circle Brothership is to find the three sigils of the Black Circle scattered around the City of Varrock and only then you will be contacted by them to join. Thing is, that no one knows where they seem to be at!

Y'all hear about the two noble swine that made this new business and used their buddy as the face of it while they really owned it.
