Equipment and Description of characters: a workman shirt with pockets for nails and tools, and a belt/apron to hold his larger tools, such as a hammer and spike for removing rocks
History: (shortened version for sake of brevity) Tom grew up in Lumbridge as the son of a Mason, and both parents are devout Saradominists, despite the Battle of Lumby, and as he grew older he took over his father's job as a prominent Mason, and he found lot's of work due to the Battle. However after the rebuilding was done, he went on a journey to help rebuild crumbling buildings, etc. Eventually he got hit in the face with a rock, repairing an old chapel, and thus his slurred speech and odd looking mouth. He eventually went on a boat ride, despite his ailment of sea sickness, in search of new places to help rebuild.
