I have been keeping up with this conversation and read each and every post. I’m withholding my opinion because this situation goes back further than I can reach. But I have a very obvious question, that is, has anyone contacted Void directly? On discord? I don’t seem to remember him from the old days but surly the guy would rather resolve the conflict than not. Ridaku running Asgarnia is the only reason this split cannon is being recognized in the main stream.

If Ridaku is going to recognize the split cannon his friends made that’s blatant rule breaking, and their clans don’t seem to be active either. I’ve been trying to find any role play, anywhere. Hell the only person I’ve spoken to in-game is actually RiDaku. *waves*

With RiDaku and Lord Pyro handling this fight for Void, I’m afraid we may not reach a mutually beneficial resolution. There’s so much bad blood that they don’t seem willing to let go of.

And just to clarify I am not doxing anyone, this is what I’ve gathered from reading the forums, these roleplay matters have no weight in my opinion of any party involved this is just my two cents okay bye.

I have to say that tone of response does suggest you're on the side of RiDaku, Void and Pyro. bigger problem is their invasiveness and espionage on other groups that aren't even involved in this mess.

Until that day comes, then we can still act civil to the other, like any grown adult can. We can have our own fun and our own stories. Perhaps then we’ll remember the magic of the first time we went In-Character.

And if it doesn't, then so be it.

If the other group ever wishes to roleplay, with no strings attached, then so be it and let's make it enjoyable for the both of us. Myles

I was clear when I said I’m not on anyone’s side, I’m commenting as a neutral 3rd part to the situation.. I want to respect Storm and keep this thread on topic so I will hold further comments. I am more interested in the conversation on solutions.

I should have been more clear with my point, which was that RoDaku and Pyro are fighting this for Void. If no one is in direct contact with him there won’t be a solution and the community will fracture.

Problem is neither side want to be civil or come to an agreement on moving forward. I really do think both sides have to talk as we now come to the point that bigotry and prejudices are seeping into W42.. (and someone has some explaining to do into why they reported my signature to the mods on Slovenian being explicitly offensive... despite the fact it said Brotherhood and Unity...)

As a relatively important Misthalin RPer, I agree with the two-state idea, on the grounds that certain PoKs (e.g. Vekon) can't steamroll other people's PoK without permission to invade and have themselves be forced to cede territory. Otherwise, this happens.

I'm still optimistic that there is a middle ground to be found.

As am I. We just need to stop reveling in drama and instead just talk.

Each party; I won't name names but you know who you are, get into contact with each other, whether that be by all creating a group chat on discord or some other way, and just throw the topics of resolving your issues and generally just fix yourself up.

Yes it's simplified, but with enough effort all you need is a bit of cooperation, understanding, and a fuck ton of maturity and hopefully there will be progress.

Beyond that, take a bit of advice from Shia LaBeouf and "JUST DO IT, MAKE YOUR DREAMS COME TRUE"

sorry that it's a bit of a meme, but it's true, isn't it?

The community calls for a compromise, but why hasn't there been progress towards a compromise? I ask this as a legitimate question, no sarcasm, no nothing.
