do you try defend it just because you have followed them all this time? and to come to terms with that they are not a news channel, would be a hard pill to swallow? so you are doing everything you can to not get to that conclusion, knowing all that time watching them was a waste of time and more harmful than anything?

or is it because it just gives you confirmation bias on your ideas already? even though its not a news channel.
Your bias is showing. You might want to tuck that back in.

It's so weird that you'd say things like: Tenebri said :
that just want people in fear. and will lie to do it.
and then proceed to post lies about me.

what lies?

i asked you questions. i did not say any of that was a fact. i posted them as a question to you

the exact same thing fox news does on anything they do :L.

hilarious, i copy what they do (in a much smaller means asking you question about yourself) and you get angry over it.

hilarious

you are aware me asking a question isnt the same as posting a fact right. the same way fox news do it. ive not made any claim. as you can see in my post every single one is asking you a question. i not once said 'this is' it was all 'is it?' "do you?" etc

you do understand the difference?

so no, no bias because there was nothing to be bias of. but yours definitely is showing, as you went straight to the defensive argumentative state on just a few questions. :S

as you cant seem to be able to have a civil discussion you are just too argumentative, i cant see any good carrying on with you at all. it seems pointless. too hot headed. but wanted to clarify accusation you made. luckily no 800m settlement here for that haha.

if you want to carry on watching fox news. do it. i just dont see why anyone would personally. never have. for reasons i have posted

You're asking loaded questions. Loaded questions are inherently lies.

Where have I defended Fox? I haven't. Thus, the question "do you try defend it just because" and all the subsequent questions are loaded questions based on a falsehood. You're asking disingenuous falsehood questions.

It's easy to spot bias. When your claims, even when disingenuously posted as questions, doesn't match reality, that's your bias showing.

I asked you a legitimate question. You're asking disingenuous loaded questions, and you're going to claim that I'm the one not being civil?

I literally asked you only ONE question:

Have you read the lawsuit?

And then you went on to make all kinds of false claims about me. But, yeah, I'm the one not being civil, right?

"We did nothing wrong" is just corporate PR.
They didn't say "We did nothing wrong". The statement stated that they agreed that some of the claims made were false. Each and every word of the was specifically selected by the legal team to convey a very specific statement. They neither claimed that they "did nothing wrong" nor that they "did something wrong". The statement only stated that they agreed that "some of the claims were false".

And of course it's corporate PR. Everyone knows that, but, it's still factually false when people claim that "they admitted wrongdoing" when they haven't.

There is no upside to admitting wrongdoing, so of course they won't, even if they settle or lose.
Absolutely.

Plus, admitting that they're "guilty" of reporting the claims that other people have made, or rebroadcasting claims other people have made, would probably set a legal precedent that no media company wants. Right now, it's not considered defamatory to report the claims another person has made. However, had this gone to trial, there is a chance that this would have set the precedent that simply reporting or rebroadcasting someone else making claims could be considered defamation. No media or broadcasting company wants that to happen.

Don't forget, Fox Broadcasting and Fox Corp. were both sued simply for rebroadcasting the news segments that were broadcast on Fox News. The claim against Fox Broadcasting and Fox Corp. weren't that they had engaged in defamatory action, but only that they had rebroadcast the news segments.
