The medical parlance left me a bit confused. I was thinking that if catching the virus in the wild could cause serious adverse immune responses then surely a vaccine-induced immune reaction would/could do the same.
But if the vaccine is selecting to induce only certain, beneficial, responses then ... yeah.

but yes i agree with you fifi. healthy life style has nothing to do with a virus we could all of been going to gym 5 days a week eating super healthy, but a virus or disease can take hold of us and wipe the human existence off the face of the earth. eating healthy has nothing to do with it

If you have a healthy life style, which includes a healthy diet will help fight against any viruses and diseases.
the conversation is about contracting the virus. not a miracle cure or inability to get it
ofc being obese or malnourished will effect this, cause that effects everything....
Being healthy has a lot to do with it.
You could have a dozen or more people come into contact with an infected person each having the same allocated time and space, not everyone will pick up the virus. I am not sure why or how some pick it up. I don't feel it's pot luck either, I feel it has to do with oneself, your body as a whole, how you interact with yourself, care for yourself - so yes I feel health has a lot to do with it.

I ADVOCATE to keep our hospitals empty. I ADVOCATE to protect our vulnerable all from COVID-19. Not once have I ADVOCATED for heard immunity over the last year, not once. Certain people like to twist my words and they do it very well.
Read my threads and you will see I have never ADVOCATED for HEARD IMMUNITY FROM COVID-19!!
Once a vaccine is out for Covid, once the vulnerable and elderly are protected, our communities are not riddled with Covid, our hospitals aren't overrun with Covid, Covid is under control, authorities have started this could take a couple of years, then and only then I feel it would be best to catch the virus and let it take it's course, heard immunity with working, tested vaccines for those that want it.
