No. I am talking about Visitors.
Not freight, not hauliers. Merely random people visiting this country for any purpose they want (provided their documentation is in order).
As for people entering the country for "business" purposes .... why? Why come halfway across the globe for a 'business meeting' in the current pandemic when video conferencing is a thing.
Not stopping foreign nationals entering the country is bad management of a bad situation.

Seen it happen here too on national television, a German virologist, working in the Netherlands, claiming that in Germany everything was organized better/people listening way better than in the Netherlands and ... bammmm ... a week later all hell broke loose in Germany having thousands upon thousands infections every 24 hours lasting for weeks in a row.

I totally agree with you, nobody should cross borders in a state like this nor should people go unnecessarily go on family/friends visit with the exception of the health-care for those people who are depended on the help of others.
