No-one I know has died after having the vaccine although one did have a strong reaction after her first shot and a fairly strong reaction after the 2nd.

edit to add: My husband had a mild fever and headache after his first shot and no side effects after his 2nd vaccination. I had a very sore arm for about 24 hours and very tired for several hours the next day after my first jab. I'll post any side effects after the 2nd next week after I've been done.

No vaccine is 100% effective, so it is unfortunately inevitable that some people will catch COVID and even die after vaccination.

That is not a valid argument against getting vaccinated.

If someone develops an illness after being vaccinated it doesn't mean the vaccine definitely caused it. When many millions are getting the jabs some are bound to get sick afterwards or, very sadly, die. That's why the authorities are investigating such events to try to establish if there is a link.

I'm fully aware that no vaccine is 100% effective. I am, however, a little skeptical about this one in particular. I also agree with the fact that it may not be a valid argument against getting vaccinated, but it's one that I am using right now and will keep using until I can. It's more like a personal choice. Other people around me feel the same way so at least, I am not alone. :P
