I just got my second one yesterday at 8:30 am. The only side effect I have had so far is a sore arm for about 24-48 hours.
And I swear I'm not going to let her know all the pain I have known
Often, an initial symptom of a heart attack is sudden left arm pain that gets increasingly intense over the course of a few minutes. Other symptoms of heart attack are:
discomfort/pressure in the center of the chestdiscomfort in the jaw, neck, back, or stomachshortness of breathnausealightheadednesssudden cold sweat
A heart attack is a life-threatening condition. If you experience left arm pain in conjunction with these other symptoms, you should call 911.

RIPanda, a sore arm is the most common and expected side effect after receiving your first or second Covid shot.
I had my second dose yesterday morning and also got a sore arm (feels a little worse than the first dose) but it's easing now 24 hours on.
Given that's the context here, and the arm pain isn't sudden but rather gradual over the course of 24-48 hours, directly after getting a Covid shot, to mention heart attacks is just an over-exaggeration and I suspect just an attempt to mildly troll and post a somewhat off topic remark.
