RIPanda, a sore arm is the most common and expected side effect after receiving your first or second Covid shot.

I had my second dose yesterday morning and also got a sore arm (feels a little worse than the first dose) but it's easing now 24 hours on.

Given that's the context here, and the arm pain isn't sudden but rather gradual over the course of 24-48 hours, directly after getting a Covid shot, to mention heart attacks is just an over-exaggeration and I suspect just an attempt to mildly troll and post a somewhat off topic remark.

I'll be taking it in August.

If I had a choice I wouldn't take it. Noone should be forced to do anything,

Had my second Pfizer jab on Friday.

Very minor soreness in the arm, wore off within 2-3 hours.

European vaccination certificate was downloadable from the government website within 15 minutes.

A certificate sounds like a good idea, all I got was a small card with the vaccination dates scribbled on it.
