I see that the deeply flawed and dangerous Oxford AZ vaccine that was claimed to be ineffective in 65+ people and to cause blood clots in others has now been deemed perfectly fine (again) by a number of countries.

What next, I wonder? Makes you break out in boils? Causes your teeth to drop out? Turns you into a crab?

It'll be something pretty kewl to blow smoke over what is actually a basic inability to organise a mass vaccine rollout.

Meanwhile back in the UK, rather shockingly we haven't imploded and sunk into the English Channel, or starved to death, or had a Civil War - although we do have quite a large cohort of people with little jab wounds in their arms.

"Pfizer urged the EU to back down on its threat to block vaccine exports to the UK, claiming Britain could hit back by impounding crucial UK-manufactured ingredients for vaccines produced in Europe."
The short sighted little Führer Eurocrats who have started on a very dangerous Fit of Pique trade sanction mentality may regret their actions very soon.

Ohh. My husband had his AstraZeneca jab last month and now he has been diagnosed with gallstones! It must be the vaccine. :O Seriously though, with such huge numbers getting vaccinated there are bound to be people developing illnesses.
Btw he really has got gallstones. At the moment we don't know if they can be left or if he'll need an operation. He's waiting for an mri scan so they can see if they're in a place where they could cause problems.

I think Archaeox meant that just 25% of the doses ordered had been delivered.

After my jab on Friday I had some (mild) side effects yesterday, nothing too bad just a bit achey and tired. Same again today but even milder.
No pain in my arm though... which is supposed to be the commonest side effect.
Who's the cat that won't cop out when there's danger all about?
