I thought it'd be a "bloke thing" which is why I'm so late to the table. I suppose it is, in a way, as it's evil drug barons -vs- Da Cops -vs- nice guy who gets caught up in it.
But it's so full of twists and turns and engaging characters, I'd recommend it to anyone. Will definitely be watching the "Saul" series also the El Camino spin-off.
I never really thought of BB as particularly "blokey" as Walter's family feature so heavily in it.
It really is brilliantly written and the spin-offs are excellent too.
I had my doubts about Saul being interesting enough for his own series, but it works so well... there's a load of dark comedy in it and we get to see how Saul became the character that he is.
There's a lot of one of my favourite characters in "Saul" too - Mike.

Lastnight I felt like a rewatch of " The Hitman's Bodyguard " It's an awesome movie and a must watch for any Ryan Reynolds or Samuel L. Jackson fans.
Also love any movie with Samuel L. Jackson in. He's an outstanding actor for many years.
I love that motorbike he rides towards the end. I want 1.
Also for all the movie buffs and fans out there they are making " The Hitman's Wife's Bodyguard " Same cast as first 1. Can't wait for this 1 as it does look fun on IMDB. Out in 2021 with luck.

Hmmm, I suppose saying "blokey" is a bit sexist of me? Well, I'm old and don't know the politically correct way to express what I meant without using about a hundred words instead of just one.
I meant the overall genre, you're right that his family featured a lot.

Not at all, I got what you meant; the whole gangster genre has historically been aimed at us chaps.
It does look good.
I highly recommend it, action packed from beginning to end. The only thing that detracted from my enjoyment a bit was Ed Skrein's bizarre American accent.
