I haven't heard of that one Arch, but I like the sound of it.

Forgot to mention what I watched last night... Valerian and The City of A Thousand Planets .
I love Luc Besson movies, they're always quirky and always look incredible, and this was no exception.

I didn't know the male lead (Dane DeHaan) but Cara Delevingne is great as Laureline.

There's also a great scene with Rihanna.

Hard to put a new spin on Zombie films, but last night I watched "Scouts guide to the zombie apocalypse". Pretty funny, with some laugh out loud gross moments :P

Almost caught up on season one of Umbrella Academy as well, ready for season two tomorrow.

Has anyone done a super marathon on The Walking Dead?

I've watched seasons 1-4 and I'm halfway through season 4. Took me a couple of days.

I've seen a lot of it before but watching it all at once is better IMO.

And I've still got 4 seasons to go.

Edit: I should say 6 seasons to go I think.

I gave up on TWD a couple of seasons ago as I thought the storylines were becoming too repetitive, but yes, just before that I binged all the earlier seasons and it's much better to watch them that way. I much prefer doing that with all series, rather than waiting a week for a new episode.

Started a show called "For All Mankind". Liking it so far. Although, I may have to put it on hold since Umbrella Academy S2 comes out tomorrow.

I hadn't heard of "For All Mankind", but it looks really interesting, I'll add it to my list!
Like you, I'm really looking forward to Umbrella Academy, I've got two episodes of season one left then I'm all caught up.

Fort Salem on BBC Iplayer, it is so good!

Brief synopsis, what happens in an Alternate America where the Salem witches weren't executed, but they instead sign a pact and are drafted into the army when they come of age?

Trailer is here on youtube

Last night I watched
The Invisible Man
(the new one with Elisabeth Moss)

Really interesting and original take on the invisible man concept and utterly gripping.
Elisabeth Moss is superb in this.

Really, really wanted to see this. Must seek it out as I've heard from many folks that it's great! Shame the theatres closed right around the time it was coming out here.

Also, if you love and appreciate the wondrous Elizabeth Moss, might I recommend The Handmaid's Tale? Brilliant show that actually does the original book justice and then takes it to the next level. No idea when the next season is coming, though...

Also, as others have hinted previously, this is your friendly PSA that Umbrella Academy season 2 is out TODAY! Time to boot up the ole 'flix!

Update: watched 3 episodes of the new Umbrella Academy season! It was good, but weirder than expected, and I'm not really feeling the whole "jump around between a bunch of storylines" vibe. Still, decent, and will be sure to finish out the season and see where I stand on it at that point.
