If any team could pull off an upset it could probably be Fiji with their Rugby 7's skills, but it will be tough for them to get past the pool play.

It would be great to see one of the lower tier teams preform like Japan did in 2015 against South Africa. It creates so much more interest.

And you can never count the damn French out. They always seem to pull it all together when it matters.
