WELL.

Chrisso was out here for one of his visits and I managed to get some time off work for it and we went and did a bunch of cool things. And lots of fast food. omg.

and snacks.

He also made pancakes. They were the best.

We did. We went up to the mountains, we went to a few touristy spots, and went to a museum and saw some cool dinosaurs.

He also surprised me by taking me to get my makeup done and then took me to a rly nice place downtown for the best lasagna in the state. ;-; He's so sweet.

Is anyone excited about the Rugby World Cup that starts tomorrow in Japan? I know Cat follows Rugby a bit.

It could be interesting this time around because a number of countries have the chance to get their hands on the Cup including a few northern hemisphere nations.

Oooh, I'd like that - getting my makeup done by someone else. I rarely wear it but have always fancied seeing the results of a professional on my old chops.

Sounds like you had a lovely time together - I'm glad for you :)

Yes, I do indeed still follow it although not as much as in years of yore. But this one looks as though it could be pretty interesting so I'll be paying quite a lot of attention (and it's a great excuse to sit around drinking beer with the Ole Man) :P

I'm wondering at this point how Fiji will do, given they are being touted somewhat as 'Giant Killers' by some pundits. One cannot dismiss the Welsh lightly.

I'm not too hopeful of England's chances, they are powerful but don't seem to possess the finesse of, say, the French team.
