Hmmm... I only watch Pokemon anime, myself...

Don't judge me...?

I actually just never have the time to watch any other anime... Well, I guess I also watch Naruto and One Piece sometimes... Mainly due to the deep philosophical meanings within the show. I think, for a writer, a healthy dose of anime is necessary.

Perhaps it's about time I joined the library's anime/manga club...?

To easy its just to easy

if LOTGH is anything less than a 10/10 im sending people to your house revive...bad people

^one piece is actually a really good one, it is just unfortunate enough to have been giving one of the worst dubs in existence thanks to 4kids. but as per usual i'd say read the manga instead of watching the anime for its case

There is absolutely no way you will not rave over LoGH if you loved Code Geass so much. It is OBJECTIVELY the greatest anime of all time.

I'm sorry to say it but if there is anybody that has watched LoGH and does not recognize it as a masterpiece, they have terrible taste. Plain and simple. I try (key word 'try') to be a bit open when it comes to people having different taste but this is the one show I will not budge on.

Currently downloading LOGH. Gonna chew up half my monthly internet allowance, so it better be as good as you say lol. Still, having something long and good will serve me well, might make sitting on a plane for thirty-something hours a little more bearable.

Funimation is dubbing it now, and I have every single manga volume... I've read every volume at least five or six times... Well, up to volume 66, that is.

I really do hope that you three will enjoy it.

Oh yeah and another thing... I've said before that I will never consider any male character a favorite of mine simply because they just don't entertain me as much as a female character. But Reinhard and Yang are the two best males in anime, respectively. There is nobody else I would even consider being as great as those two.

@ Raikenzera (won't let me direct quote for some reason) -

'Also, and maybe it's just me, but in the countless hours I wasted on Naruto I never once encountered anything I believe to be 'philosophical'.'

I think I posted on this thread in May about starting up Naruto as a joke. It started out simple enough with the generic "For my nakama!" battle shounen mentality. Surprisingly I got drawn into it and ended up catching up on Shippuuden. Although I'd hardly call it a philosophical anime, there were definitely moments in it that could be pondered on.

There's a fight in Shippuuden that really goes into the idea of the consequences of seeking revenge and inflicting pain on others without thinking. Also the entire concept of the paths that Naruto and Sasuke take in life really shows how strongly one can be changed by their ideals.

Maybe I'm over thinking it (I love philosophy though), but honestly Naruto turned into a surprising treat.

I finished Amnesia last night. For the last two episodes it's not absolutely 100% terrible, maybe only about 90%. I was going to rate it a 3/10 but I ended up giving it a 4/10. Now I hope that I get amnesia so I can forget all about it.

Finishing off Sakurasou no Pet na Kanojo now. Sorata is a serious ass hole, I really don't like him.

I neither hated not loved Amnesia, wasn't terrible, and wasn't that great, Personally I was much more into Kotoura-san, which just finished up for the season, so if you wanna go watch it, it's about a girl who can read minds and ends up causes a lot of damage.. I could say more without spoiling anything.. but I don't want to.
But yeh, loved Kotoura-San.
