I've finished it... I've finally finished it... All of Urusei Yatsura. All 195 episodes, 3 specials, 11 OVAs, and 6 movies. What is this void in my heart? I know we've all experienced that empty feeling after finishing an anime that you really loved. But I don't think it's ever been this bad for me... ever. Listening to the music as the final credits rolled, I felt like I was going to be sick. I'm like completely devastated that it's over.

Damn, that was one hell of a show though. Possibly the greatest cast of characters I've ever seen. With of course my all time favorite character, Lum. Every episode was a blast, pure comedic gold.

Guess it's time to start working on clearing out all these shows I've got backed up now. Though I'm not much in the mood to watch anything else now... I'm so bummed.

well I'm dissapointed, the finale of boku ended on a massive cliffhanger, and zetsuen no tempest ending felt kind of hollow for me =(

EDIT: gotta say, i liked kotoura-sans ending

That was a terrible ending of Boku wa Tomodachi.
That scene with rika felt totally out of place with the rest of the series.:S Metal flying balls controlled be someone's mind while having a serious conversation? REALLY?

I really want to get the new season to start so I can forget about all of this haha.

Zetsuen was a pretty sub par anime all around that I just couldn't get into and I really don't understand how some people rate it so high. It wasn't bad, per say, but it also wasn't good either (kinda like Full Metal Panic). I was somewhere between bored and entertained while watching it.

Thinking about watching the final episode of Amnesia and just skipping the rest of the series, although the masochist in me kinda wants to waste those 92 mins of my life...

Hmmm... I only watch Pokemon anime, myself...

Don't judge me...?

I actually just never have the time to watch any other anime... Well, I guess I also watch Naruto and One Piece sometimes... Mainly due to the deep philosophical meanings within the show. I think, for a writer, a healthy dose of anime is necessary.

Perhaps it's about time I joined the library's anime/manga club...?

If that's so, I'd suggest you watch some better anime, as I fear those two will only give you ideas for mediocre stories. Also, and maybe it's just me, but in the countless hours I wasted on Naruto I never once encountered anything I believe to be 'philosophical'. If you like, I can recommend some of the more mainstream ones (but only if I can call you Rin-chan again :3).

Earnshaw, I think I'll join you on that quest. I'll probably alternate between that and another (or several others) but I think it's time I see what ol' Revive's been talking about for a long time now.
