Also that the cast will not be turned into a cast of cute teenager girls. "Modern Anime" has success with one thing then repeats it hundreds of times until it is dead. Is there an LN or Potential Reboot/Remake they wont touch?

I don't have an issue with modern anime, there are plenty of good ones out there. It's just so often they opt for safe and mediocre over doing anything groundbreaking and original. You'd think as content creators there would be ideas they want to explore.

Unfortunately, in modern society money will always be worth more than idea's. Idea's are a liability that most businesses aren't willing or able to gamble on.

On an unrelated note, does anyone know any decent anime article/blog type sites. Need to fill that void left over by SeventhStyle closing down, and since SanCom is just 100% smut these days (As opposed to being like 75% smut like it used to be :P ) it's not really doing the job.

maybe but just like Del Toro's attempt to make a live action Monster, it's stuck in development hell...
