err kyou episode...she spends the whole time trying to set him up with her twin even though she like him as well he falls for her...she feels like she betrayed her sister she goes and cries somewhere...while its raining heavily tomoya finds her emotional speech begins...they embrace skip to ending she has cut her hair to look like her twin kyou and tomoya are now a couple they kiss (the only kiss in the whole of clannad if im not mistaken) ep ends.

Yep. It's strange that they never showed Tomoya and Nagisa kissing. I do like the fact that Tomoya and Kyou did.

Edit: I'll watch Air and Kanon (2006 version) and give my reviews on them.

DBZ is fun, but it's still objectively garbage.

That's totally uncalled for. They are all well-crafted anime and are enjoyable to watch. Just because they aren't "mature" or "complex" or whatever you're defining as being "good", doesn't mean that I, and many other people, can't enjoy them.

Entry level? Ha. I've been watching anime for years, but seeing as I only have a limited amount of time to watch them and prefer to watch anime that I can actively enjoy, I choose to go with the ones I listed.

Anyway, I enjoy all the stuff I listed, which, in my opinion, is really all that matters. Thank you and have a nice day.

Yup. The '02 version is good for giving you eye cancer and that's about it, looked bad for an anime even by 2002 standards, where as the 2006 version still looks amazing even by 2014 standards, and is a joy to watch in 1080p if you can afford the hard-drive space.

The only thing that I dont think looks amazing still is the yes on on the characters. I watched the first few episodes of Kanon 06 the other day just case I felt like it, and I cant help but feel like the eyes feel oddly flat and kinda static, like looking at the eyes of a figure rather than a 2d character in motion.

The eyes in Kanon were like for the first few episodes, but I didn't notice it as much later in the series (which I rewatched last month). That's something that I've noticed in other Key adaptations**** and AB aside. They always seem that way at first but then seem more dynamic later on.

In class right now, bored. So, I'm looking for some anime suggestions. I'm on my ipad so I apologize now for any grammatical errors. Here's a list of anime that I've watched and at least liked it enough to finish the series and/or movie (Note: I'm not asking for your opinion in my taste of anime, but a suggestion based off my taste in anime. Otherwise, feel free to opine on my taste in anime, but it will be ignored). :) These are in no particular order, just what came into my head first:

Naruto / shippuden
Bleach
Samurai Champloo
Afro Samurai
The Boondocks (idc if this is relevant or not I'm including it lol :P )
Claymore
Moribito - Guardian of the Spirit
Gantz (only for the middle to end of the anime, after about 6-8 episodes)
Afro Samurai: Resurrection
Princess Mononoke
FMA
SAO (only some)
Phantom ~Requiem for the Phantom~
DBZ / Hakusho / Inuyasha .. (Of course :P )

Anime I've been meaning to watch, but haven't had time:

One piece
Elfen Lied
SAO
Rurouni Kenshin
Soul Eater ? Maybe
Death Note ? Maybe

Suggest away, keep in mind my taste preferences please, and general anime tolerance (meaning it was a miracle I got through something like Gantz, so if it sucks like that tell me beforehand). This list is not complete but it's a start.

Also, what I'm hoping to find: More great, short anime series! More great anime movies !
