Yakuza 4's re-release was censored. Considering previous re-releases and releases have been censored... this isn't surprising, just sad. Censorship is rampant.
It features video games that are censored by its respective developers both for Japanese and non-Japanese audiences. I have not spent the time to browse the entire 25 pages of this thread of yours to check, if you already mentioned this particular youtube channel, or if you have awareness of its existence.
It is an issue, as you bought the game, yet its original content as intended was replaced. You got a copy of the same game, but the presentation overall becomes different to comply with the censorship.

Review embargoes that go all the way up to the release date of a video-game should be illegal. It's extremely anti-consumer.
The latest, an Electronic Arts/Disney (surprise, surprise) game just came out, and there is very little accurate information on the title. It's a disgusting business practice.

Don't forget the review embargoes with Sword and Shield as well :^)
