Hmm, I'll do an update.

After thousands of dollars and hundreds of hours in therapy, it turns out that I have agoraphobia.

For those who knew me, avoidant would be the perfect word to describe me, haha. I am doing a lot better now that I have been properly diagnosed.
And I swear I'm not going to let her know all the pain I have known

Thank you so much for sharing. It sounds like getting a diagnosis has brought some relief for you.

You don’t have to share if you don’t want to, but is there anything you’d like the community/public to know that can help us better support individuals who’re dealing with agoraphobia or related avoidance?

Hi guys! Today I’ve learnt some tips when interacting with individuals suffering from dementia and if you’re in a situation where they see an exit sign and adamantly want to leave. The behaviour is commonly referred to as exit seeking behaviour.

When an individual with dementia is displaying exit seeking behaviour, they’re trying to communicate that they’re not comfortable with the space here. There are a few options to reduce the behaviour:

1. Unlock the door, accompany them, have a calling device.
It could be their brain feels trapped, their brain wants to perceive something new. Let them walk around a little bit. Allow the brain to receive new sensory input.

If the individual says they want to go home, and you can always say “let’s go this way.”

2. You can acknowledge “Okay you want to go.” Then you can try saying something like “Ok let’s go grab your jacket before we go.” This will allow some time to reflect and figure out whats really not working for the individual.

3. Increasing the individual’s sense of agency.
You can say “I know you need to get going. But can you help me with this for a short amount of time, it’s just a little bit and not a big task.” You’re telling them that they are someone of value and purpose to you. That you could use their help.

4. The better option is to not let individuals get to the point where they are exhibiting exit seeking behaviour. So we have to look at the environment and reflect on what needs to change? What is triggering their need to go? What can we do to make the environment/space more invitational?

“Be a better detective, than a guard.”

My mental health is as bad as it can possibility get, world issues i seen prevention methods for over 5 years ago. I designed covid 19, all it's fail safe match the virus i wanted to hinder the world when i was shattered from todays time period on values.

^sadly that is only phase 1, my stress/depression levels have hit 20x maybe higher than suicide but i won't act on that..."there is people in this world who suffer more than me, would be a huge insult to them. if i gave up".

I stand alone, people don't believe in people like myself, lived on this earth more 7 times and can remember my past. I analysis the world problems, then find the answer to the question "why wasn't this fixed?"....my soul become more demonic the more and more i did my research.

I used undocumented spiritual gifts to view the pain of others and stole all the negative energies that i could and said along with a green crystal and many rocks near me. "whole system is broken, people don't care for life" <--- thats when i figured 5 years ago, a virus might be the only way to teach people the truth about everything i knew. People laughed when i stated i wanted to take the system to court to challenge it.

I am the only one who knows how to stop it, but as it stands, i see zero reason for it to stop yet.....World will continue to be slammed by bad luck in leadership choices until fixes are made that honor 'lives first' <---anything else will backfire and cause further issues

World has destroyed me, the choices laid out to stop all this mess, people are just skipping that lane........it's really pissing me off.....

Hard to keep my mind in peace and good thoughts, i thought up a virus, it happened, same fail safes to cause people to fail to stop it as i designed. Conflicts with leadership to expose them, happening right now....

I am forced to allow many millions to die, "if i stand up to save them, they will kill me" but in the end, do they care for me? probably not

I can't forgive people :(

I'm so glad to see so much support for mental health, and this was a wonderful post to read. We've come a long way and still have a ways to go with the whole stigma behind mental health, but it's good to see that people are starting to become more vocal and acknowledge that there is something wrong, and to seek help, which is the next big step. So for anyone that's doing so... Keep fighting the good fight. You'll encounter some very rough days and maybe even be uncomfortable in ways, or feel helpless, but don't give up.
YOUR LIFE MATTERS.
Also, if anyone needs a friend or just to chat and vent, you're more than welcomed to add me in game. I normally leave me chat on and do my best to always respond when not distracted.
