Alzheimer's is quite horrible. But luckily it improves a lot if those suffering are more active and see their family more often. Those that choose to barely even see them once a week are pretty horrible.

I think people are smart enough to see through this, but thanks for your input as it was actually on topic this time.

Alzheimer's is truly awful.

A former friend of mine went only once a week to see their grandmother with Alzheimer's. After she passed he felt so guilty about barely seeing her. If you barely visit, change that now. They may not have much time. If you feel that once a week is enough, then I guess that just says how much you care about them. 200M all skills, Trimmed comp Cape, MQC

Well I guess that means you think your friend didn't care. Sorry to hear about your friend and the issues you seem to have with your friend.

Maybe not being so judgmental would help your friend.

:) best of luck

@ NonMax Jake - Some of your recent posts have been removed as you were twisting what people said and making judgements and personal attacks on others, rather than discussing the actual topic of the thread.

November is Alzheimer's month. It is a disease that a lot of people don't really understand, and I don't expect a lot of people to know. I just wanted to share what I have seen so if others go through it later or now, maybe they can be prepared. Feel free to share your story.

You are welcome to share how you or your family has been affected by Alzheimer's, but please do not post in a manner that is judgemental or critical of others' stories.

Thanks
