Ideally it would include some of the other playforms, like ploording (not going inside the altar-ring, not running, and not repelling), or walk-versions, but I don't want to flood this with Gop things, and it's extremely unlikely they'll add
any
real Minigame achievements, let alone Gop ones, and therefor there's not much point in giving ones for those.
Hopefully they eventualy get round to doing some, and I'll have more to add for other Minigames, once I've read through your lists. : )
I added one suggestion each of those play styles, if you noticed.
And yeah it's unlikely but at least Jagex are aware of this list and at least one JMod is keeping an eye on it. Two or three suggestions made it in with the last batch but that was focussed on skills, not minigames, so it's only a few. Interestingly, the only minigame to have more than one cheevo now is Sorceress's Garden; a bit of an odd choice.

The top tier are intended to be very challenging, and although mostly nowhere near the records, they could be made into Feats.
Just for interest - what are the current records?
Also for commentary - I wouldn't restrict it to certain team sizes since you do not go inside with a fully premade group (or even actual support for those sizes), but rather 'what is currently there' - I know it's almost certainly the same outside of spotlight or some kind of hosted event, but basically it should be do-able with 'what is currently there' - If that team is able to make it then would be a different thing of course.
Generally I agree but TGOP is a bit of an exception since there's different tactics and playstyles that depend on team size; the GOP community really came up with interesting things. Therefore we included a few suggestions restricting the team size; certainly not all.

Perhaps you're half right; perhaps we can't win. But we can fight.
I can only access Duo and Solo, currently, out of the ones I mentioned (too many of the top Quad teams have theirs hidden to those not in current tournaments, atm, so it'd be inaccurate - most rankings are kept by averages, in my home-group, anyway), but those are:
Bear in mind that there are large elements of RNG involved, for these, as well as extreme skill, and perfect play (utilising all mechanics). Getting higher scores gets progressively harder, the higher you go, so there's a huge difference between some of the records, and the suggested targets, also. As such, I've cut out those factors, by not suggesting anything outside the realm of what is possible, if you fully understand (and can use) all of the mechanics, and get a decent (but not extraordinary) spawnset.
I'm not very good at GoP, but I enjoy it a lot, and like facilitating enjoyment of it, for others. There's no chance I'll ever break a WR, or even come close, but I might one day achieve the top-tier ones, with a lot of work (and they shouldn't be out of reach of a decent chunk of the playerbase, who don't have the same restrictions).
When I first suggested the sets, I wasn't even tier 3 for everything, but am currently mostly tier 4.
All of the targets I've given were achieved before action-bars, so are a lot easier to achieve with all the additions, since then.

Dungeoneering should be a minigame never understood why it's a skill.
Because dungeoneering is a bit more than just daemonheim for many years now? That statement somewhat made sense in early 2010 when dungeoneering literally just was daemonheim, but certainly not anymore with all the additions it got over the years.

I guess im all for it but im just saying their are bigger priorities right now. And thats whats stopping this great idea from existing. We need to put more attention and posting into the concern of the forums and the little amount answers we get for our material and content suggestions dont you think?
Because you have a good idea. Dont you want it to work out? I do. It seems like others do. Thats all im saying.

I agree achievements are low priority; stuff like updating older content and releasing more quests is much more important. That said, new achievements can help with the former, and are relatively quick to develop.
