Ouh - awesome list of stuff. I hope we'll see a few of them sometimes soon :)

I'll enclose my own cheevo list, so you could take and use whatever you want (I guess there will be a few duplicates as we already talked about a few of them ingame):

- Introduce an Event tab for recurring events (beach, spring fayre, novtumber fest):

+ Add achievements for having all unlockables of a certain event, as they also would massively help keeping track with the rewards. They would lock again, when new cosmetics are released.
+ Add achievements for all titles and their sub requirements (e.g. Fair Maiden)

Unachieved entries will be hidden while the event is not present (optional)

- Add a collectible tab:

+ Add achievements for n titles unlocked - multi tier - could award a title
+ Add achievements for n pets unlocked - for the sake of trackability only interface pets - multi tier
+ Add achievements for n customisation options unlocked - multi tier

Note: The highest tier should always be achieveable with items currently obtainable ingame. MTX, promotional and discontinued stuff would still count though.

+ Add achievements for specific collectibles (i.e. Kethsi outfit, Aten/Uraeus,...)
+ Add achievements for every skilling set unlocked (xp boosting, advanced skilling (e.g. witch doctor or exoskeleton) and master farmer (sole ingame elite outfit missing currently)). The outfit should be available ingame (so no sentinel and trapper for now). Improvements: Tooltip / (F2P) QoL v2

- Earn all possible experience in the empty throneroom (Skilling)
- Add achievements for clearing all shortcuts (Skilling or misc)
- Unlock all expert capes (Skilling)
- Learn the 'Cremation' ability (Skilling)
- Build every crossbow hidey-hole and rope rack (Construction)
- Create all boons (Divination)

- Add Ava's device to the castle wars and soul wars capes (Minigame)

Other suggestions (non unlockables/completeables):

- Have every compost bin filled up with ultra compostable items or finished ultra compost (Farming)
- Harvest 1/5/10/25 crystal blossoms (Farming)
- Beta: Find a metamorphic geode (Mining)
- Beta: Crack 1/5/10/25 igneous geodes (Mining)
- Cash in one of each unique safecracking object (Thieving)
- Beta: Alch a first age coin (Misc)
- Re-Implement more of the former Troll Warzone Achievements
- Visit another player's house, pyramid and isle (Misc)

Existing achievements to be updated:

- Include the 'The Faraway Place where Things are Kept' dungeon in 'Very Ressourceful'. It's a ressource dungeon, which grants an one-timed reward for entering it the first time.
- Include the scroll of gathering in 'Scrolling with Power'.
- Change the drop rates of the dungeoneering journals 16-20 to reasonable levels and include them in 'Miscellaneous Notes'
- Change the defeat the phoenix achievement for the MQC to 'Talk with the phoenix about Si'morgh' - increase RuneScore reward accordingly.
- Convert certain (trimmed) comp reqs to regular minigame or miscellaneous achievements. Stuff that doesn't belong on either cape are requirements that are neither completable nor used to unlock something. They still are interesting achievements and thus would fit better in one of those categories. Those achievements include: 'Big Chinchompa', 'Conquest Adore', 'How Many Games?'.
- Allow the old diary found in a crate near the odd old man after defeating the skeletal horror once to be added to the bookcase of a POH. Make reading it a requirement of the 'Lovingly Crafted' achievement, as it is also part of the horrors lore. Improvements: Tooltip / (F2P) QoL v2

- Some fix for 'Catching some Rays': Consolidate the regular and ironman variants to a single version, that can be completed by both kinds of players by catching a manta ray either in the fishing trawler minigame or the deep sea fishing hub. As ironmen can catch rays via the hub now, they shouldn't have a different variant of the achievement anymore, which drastically increases the requirements over the regular variant. As the hub is fairly close to ardougne, it also shouldn't collide with the theme of the achievement diary.

Suggestion for feats (hidden until unlocked, 0 score):

- Reach Prestige 250 in the Memorial to Guthix
- Reach Prestige 250 in Heist Seemingly isn't the cap.
- Catch 10000 of each kind of charm sprite
- Complete the general/easy/medium/hard/elite/master treasure trail collection log
- Earn maximum RuneScore (locks itself when new achievements are released, 0 score ones aren't needed)
- 'Every. Single. One. Of. Them.': Complete every other achievement and feat - Title reward: n, the true completionist

Rewards:

- Unlock a golden variant of a master skiller (i.e. fisher, farmer, slayer) title upon completing every related achievement (including hidden). They lock again when new achievements are added. The currently existing golden slayer master title is changed to a silver variant.
- Emblems: Completing all achievements and feats of a distinct set allows you to add an emblem to your completionist cape as an additional customisation option. Emblems could be related to skills, minigames, bosses,...

What also would be important:

- Add achievements/runescore to the RuneMetrics profile
- Try to rebalance existing RuneScore rewards to have them relevant to the effort needed to earn them - especially many combat achievements are extremely overrated, while many misc/minigame ones aren't sufficiently valued.
- Allow players to see skilling achievements when comparing theirs with the ones of other players. Improvements: Tooltip / (F2P) QoL v2

In the meantime, I had put together some Gop score-target achievements, based around various established targets, set against the general level of progression, and the knowledge of mechanics required to achieve them:

Ideally it would include some of the other playforms, like ploording (not going inside the altar-ring, not running, and not repelling), or walk-versions, but I don't want to flood this with Gop things, and it's extremely unlikely they'll add any real Minigame achievements, let alone Gop ones, and therefor there's not much point in giving ones for those.

Hopefully they eventualy get round to doing some, and I'll have more to add for other Minigames, once I've read through your lists. : )

Just for interest - what are the current records?

Also for commentary - I wouldn't restrict it to certain team sizes since you do not go inside with a fully premade group (or even actual support for those sizes), but rather 'what is currently there' - I know it's almost certainly the same outside of spotlight or some kind of hosted event, but basically it should be do-able with 'what is currently there' - If that team is able to make it then would be a different thing of course. Improvements: Tooltip / (F2P) QoL v2
