My bad: I've written the duel suggestion with the duelling feature (https://runescape.wiki/w/Duelling) in mind, not the duel arena (otherwise I'd had it directly suggested it as activity). Maybe duel arena duels could count for completion of this cheevo additionally, since it really has it in its name.
Do duels outside the arena even count towards death hat progress?

Perhaps you're half right; perhaps we can't win. But we can fight.

I don't think so. This one is (currently) exclusive to the duel arena, but could also be extended to duelling anywhere as a different suggestion.
I would use the hat (also wildstalker) also as cheevos if you couldn't reset it - don't know why this functionality exists, maybe it would be better if you could change the appearance to the tier you like (similiar to combined elite outfits). Also not sure if you can have them available on your transmogg tab when you got a transformation unlocked. But that's probably more for the ninja fixes thread.

- Loot the crystal chest in Taverley
- Loot the crystal chest in Prifddinas
- Loot the crystal triskelion trunk
- Loot the sinister chest in the Yanille Agility Dungeon
The muddy chest already is covered in the wilderness achievement diary. Those achievements should currently remain stand-alone, but could be used for the respective diaries if they ever plan on extending them.

Have the triskelion, will add the others.

Don't worry Guthix, I'll save you!!! - Wield an item belonging to each God (including Tuska) while using a Cabbage and Banana on the ... "statue" ... of Guthix.

Also I actually wondered when I've seen that cheevo on your list:
- Walking on (Really Murky) Water: Traverse a bog without sinking or using a stick at all. (elite)
Is there some trick or something intended? Or is it just a RNG slaughterfest? If it's the latter I'd really allow using the stick (so traversing the bog without sinking).
Maybe we could even make two cheevos out of it
- Playing safe: Traverse a bog without sinking.
So basically just trying to find the correct route with the help of your stick and never stepping on unsafe ground
- Walking on (Really Murky) Water: Traverse a bog without using a stick and not sinking more than 6 times.
That would be the more RNG reliant variant, but with the RNG toned down to levels it won't end up too frustrating. Due to its trial and error nature players will still likely fail a few times to it.

That's scenery actually, can't use anything on him.
(outside of The Light Within anyway) Any other suggestions?

And of course:
- Sticky stick got stuck: Have a stick getting stuck in the bog.
- Gather resources once from every kind of divine location.
Potentially splitable per skill
