Compiled a few more things:

Skills:

- Obtain all pets bought from Marmaros or Bryll (Dungeoneering)
- Buy the full Acolyte of Seiryu and Sakadagami sets (Dungeoneering)
- Learn everything that can be bought at the Elite Dungeon Reward Shop (Dungeoneering)
- Include the 'The Faraway Place where Things are Kept' dungeon in 'Very Ressourceful'. It's a resource dungeon, which grants an one-timed reward for entering it the first time.
That also should be a requirement, which could distinct the t2 skills cape from the t1 variant.

Combat:

- Defeat the Ragged Abomination 1/5/10/25/50/75/100 times. Include it in Soul Reaper and add a Collection Log, requiring a Dragon Full Helm, Draconic Visage, Abomination Cape and Dragon Javelins. Consider adding a boss pet.
The killcount should be retroactively addable retroactively, since it is tracked for a few weeks now. Visage is tracked via several other pieces of content already, but I don't think the other two uniques are.
- Defeat the Giant Mimic 1/5/10/25/50/75/100 times. Add an achievement to defeat it once in elite mode. Add a collection log, which requires the mimic pet, helm, plushie, tongue cape and all six shard tokens.
Regular killcount and pet should be trackable, the remainder would needed to be obtained afterwards.
- Unlock a Revenant pet.
- Fully upgrade your Revenant pet.

Lore:

- Break the counter in the body room during or after elemental workshop III
- Tell Gwir about all your exploits after Plagues' End
- Tell Derni, Dernu and Miodvetnir about all your exploits after King of the Dwarves
- Tell Ali the Barman about the poisoned drink after The Feud

Activities:

- Defeat Hollowtoof once.
- Unlock every demon flash mobs title

Misc:

- Obtain any hero item (Feat) Improvements: Tooltip / (F2P) QoL v2

I just found out about this thread and as an achievement hunter already love it! I will take a closer look at the achievements when I have time (there are a lot suggested here) and hope Jagex does as well!

I see the focus has been on achievements other than combat, since these are currently rather overrepresented. However I do have a few combat achievements that might be interesting:

Araxxor/Araxxi ( All routes lead to Araxxi ): take each of the paths (bottom/middle/top) before defeating Araxxi.

Beastmaster ( Who let the dogs out ): complete all beastmaster feats in a single kill

Yakamaru ( SNEK ): complete all Yakamaru feats in a single kill (good luck =p)

Kalphite King ( I survived the Kalphocalypse ): survive a Kalphite King kill during which x (I reckon 10+) people have died (for fun during masses :P )

Oh and for a dungeoneering achievement, I suggest:

Discover ALL the missing pages (including the Misc. 16-20) within dungeoneering "One should not mindlessly follow gods or the godless:

Couple more of cheevos:

Skilling:

- Recruit or mind-control any servant for your house (Construction)
- And I Must Scream: Force a monkey into your service (Invention)

Lore:

- Find and read a goblin book

Activities:

- Repulse a goblin raid in each of the possible locations

Also some combat related content, that also might add a bit of combat stuff not directly related to bosses

- Kill each slayer creature once
- Kill 500/1000/2500/5000/10000/25000 slayer creatures (10000 kills are T2.5 and 25000 T3)
- Prestige any slayer creature or boss once (T3 or T3.5)

A slayer creature is any creature on the slayer tracker for the purpose of those achievements.

- Creator and Destroyer, Chapter 2: Create and kill each Creature Creation creature once.

That might qualify as an activity cheevo alternatively, but I'd rather rate it as combat since it isn't really extensive enough.

- Duelicious: Win a duel against another player

For commentary since I've seen it on your list while skimming it:

- Rush of blood basically is already covered by two achievements: One for beating the challenge in either difficulty (impressing movran) and one for beating it in platinum (+ the achievement diary thing for clearing wave 15+ in either gold or platinum on a reward run)
- 'I Can Do Imcando' might be worth being upgraded to E&S (or simply offering it as an alternative) Improvements: Tooltip / (F2P) QoL v2

@Rikornak: Added. Duel Arena should be well covered, though. Bizarre Boron Fusswell, scryer extraordinaire. OSRS: POH ideas & RS3 minigames & achievement ideas !

My bad: I've written the duel suggestion with the duelling feature (https://runescape.wiki/w/Duelling) in mind, not the duel arena (otherwise I'd had it directly suggested it as activity). Maybe duel arena duels could count for completion of this cheevo additionally, since it really has it in its name. Improvements: Tooltip / (F2P) QoL v2
